House of 100 m2 completely renovated this year with private pool, fully air-conditioned and equipped with double glazing. Possibility to park 2 vehicles.
The house is in a very quiet residential area near the beach of Bonnegrace (12 minutes walk), but also Sanary and its famous market day and night (15 minutes walk). You can also access the islands of Embiez, the creeks of Marseille from Cassis are only 20 minutes away...
You can enjoy the exterior equipped with a swimming pool, garden furniture and a terrace with a table for 6 guests and a Weber charcoal barbecue.
On the first floor, there are:
A kitchen: equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave oven, a hood and an induction hob.
A living room: You can eat on a table for 8 people and watch TV on a large corner sofa.
A laundry room with 1 washing machine and a dryer.
Upstairs:
2 bedrooms each with a 140x200 bed and storage space.
1 open mezzanine with a sofa bed (140x200) and a TV
1 Bathroom with a large 120x90 shower with rain showerhead, a 1 washbasin unit with illuminating mirror.
1 separate toilet.
Sleeps 6 people and can go up to 8 using the sofa bed in the living room.
