Private: well-kept garden 580 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, courtyard, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Toulon" 12 km, sandy beach "Bonnegrâce" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Hiking paths: Iles des Embiez, Porquerolles, Cassis. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
