Description of the house (3 bedrooms plus 1 studio with reversible Airzone air conditioning):

This house has a pleasant garden with several adjoining terraces (houses + studio), the main one overlooking a wooded area in the shade of hundred-year-old oaks.
Another terrace overlooking the swimming pool (4X3m) of the house.

First floor:
- US and fitted kitchen with central island, very well equipped (Oven, microwave, Thermomix style appliance, toaster, 1 large fridge-freezer, 1 Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary kitchen utensils...)
- A spacious dining room composed of a large table for ten people and a TV lounge with a large corner sofa (TV box and internet with fiber).
- A bedroom on the first floor with a 160 bed (master suite) with a bathroom and walk-in shower (heated towel rail).
