Very good stay overall

We met the host in front of the facility. We had a complete tour of the facility. We had generous space for our family. The hosts are very generous, they offer wine, grissini, coffee, which is very kind.

We arrived 15 min earlier than convened, the host arrived 10 min later than convened, so we waited around 25 min. We booked an apartment for 6, in the end we got two appartments that were sharing the same terrase. I did not expect to have no soap at the arrival and then I learned that this is normal by policy. However, hygiene is not optional. Soap should be a right in every toilet in the world. If no soap provided by policy, please let us know upfront, we can bring it... and then we could happily eat grissini after using the toilet. Thanks

pleasant but could be better

got a selection of fresh fruit and drinks from the property when we arrived

aircon stopped working on day 1 and was only fixed the night before we left. we were in the ‘next door apartments’ so really not comfortable or ideal to e.g just get to the pool. quality of finishes is not great which is somewhat to be expected but when there are holes in the wall or screws sticking out the wall for no reason I don’t feel like they take pride in their offering

Disappointing 😞

When we first arrived a lot of things in the apartment were either broken or missing. To name a few: There was a broken water pipe in the kitchen resulting in constant water on the floor. It took the first week before this was fixed. There was only one wine glass in the kitchen, no bread knife, and only few normal glasses and when we requested more we got a tray with 9 extra wine glasses hereof were 3 broken already. These where replaced and by the end of the first week the kitchen equipment was acceptable. The outdoor pool was minmal and can only accomodate 2-3 people at the same time. At the day of departure the host was no where to be seen at the hour we had requested and only by the help of the cleaning staff could he be located. In total our departure was delayed almost an hour which was very stressful.

plenty of space, good air conditioning, well stocked kitchen and welcome drinks on arrival. Enzo was on hand most days and very friendly, considerate of our needs. quiet area

it wasn't an easy area to stay without a car- possible to walk to a restaurant, water park and the supermarket, but via a busy dual carriageway. some other residents were noisy in the small pool till 11.30pm

Très beau logement dans un endroit très calme mais un peu éloigné des plages et des commerces.

Le logement super, propre et accueillant, avec une magnifique salle de bain. Literie confortable. Grand frigo. Secteur très calme et hyper silencieux.

Parking hors de la résidence et donc non sécurisé. La piscine décevante car petite et pas très propre. Manque d'entretien dans les alentours du studio (des déchets restés toute la semaine dans les escaliers et près de la piscine). L'eau qui est rentrée sous la porte lors de l'orage de dimanche soir.

Suffisant pour 1 nuit mais à améliorer pour 1 séjour plus long

Superficie de l'appartement, équipement courant (vaisselle etc.), sdb rénovée, résidence agréable et propre, climatisation (bien que bruyante)

Stationnement difficile car nombre et largeur des places (très) limités, piscine de taille ridicule pour 3 appartements et qualité de l'eau douteuse (trouble et verdâtre), 2e chambre très mansardée dont la surface ne peut quasiment pas être utilisée

L’appartement est grand avec une terrasse privée. Il a deux salles de bains ce qui est pratique.

L’appartement sent l’humidité : cela est très désagréable ! la piscine est extrêmement froide et est minuscule, sachant qu’elle est pour 5 appartements.. La vaisselle était sale, nous avons dû tout relaver. Puis l’hôte nous affirme qu’on peut profiter de la piscine dès notre arrivée (nous sommes arrivé le matin au vu de la route à faire) mais ne répond plus le moment venu..

Avis mitigé mais prix attractif

Accueil très sympathique, possibilité d’arriver bcp plus tôt , boîte à clef pour le départ La piscine très petite, mais qui devrait être être plus grande dans l’avenir

La batterie de cuisine très succincte à vérifier à l’arrivée pour être complétée, pas de grille pain Le studio est accolé à une piscine intérieure et le filtrage de l’eau provoque un bruit permanent Le nettoyage de la piscine du matin jusqu’en début d’après-midi , le dimanche de notre séjour à occasionné pas mal de bruit assez désagréable et peu propice à la détente

L’emplacement est idéal avec une vue magnifique. La piscine, le barbecue et la résidence est vraiment top.

Seul problème c’est que la vaisselle était mal nettoyé par les anciens locataires et j’ai également enlevé le charbon du barbecue d’une précédente soirée avant de pouvoir l’utiliser.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

L'emplacement était parfait, la vue du balcon magnifique. L'accueil était parfait une personne très serviable, le logement spacieux et fonctionnel.

Il faut juste prendre en compte qu'il y a des marches extérieures pour accéder au logement qui sont un peu dures pour les personnes avec des problèmes de mobilité.

Très bon accueil. Appartement très bien situé par rapport à la Seyne sur Mer, Six Fours, Sanary. Appartement calme.
