Wonderful host, view and very comfortable place in a beautiful location. Beach is a hike.

There isn’t a kinder host out there. There probably isn’t a better view. The apartment had everything we needed and our host was very accommodating for our baby. The pool is great and the vegetation all around the house is beautifully lush.

The walk to the beach is longer and a bit more challenging than expected. While the apartment is private, the outdoor space is shared, so if you’re looking for something more private than a hotel, but less than your own space, this is great, but you will have conversations, tv etc just next to you. Luckily the other guests were all very nice.

A lovely and relaxing stay with warm, caring hosts in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is in a lovely, peaceful location, and we left feeling completely relaxed. The hosts are a very friendly couple who genuinely care about their guests—welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Crazy viwe!

Beautiful accommodation with a beautiful view in a quiet location. The nearest beach is about a 10 minute walk away. We stayed in the smallest apartment, but it has everything that the larger apartments have. Karl is a very friendly host who knows a lot about the region. I recommend the accommodation for an active holiday or just lounging on the beach or by the pool.

The beach is about a 10 minute walk, which is quite a walk in the summer heat, especially since the house is on top of a hill. The garden around the house is beautiful, but it would be more impressive if it were better maintained.

Wow !!!!!! A nice apartment with a breathtaking view + a splendid host => that's all you need.

1. The apartment is pretty well and complete equipped. We had the small one but it was more than enough space for a couple. 2. The apartment has a breathtaking view over the bay. An evening glas of wine on the patio with that view - just splendid. 3. Karel is a perfect host. 100+ % recommended !!

Relaxing, scenic and just about perfect

The view was spectacular and in a lovely hillside location. A family friendly environment. Walking trails nearby available and local restaurants close by. The apartment had everything needed and the host is informative and helpful. Great lighting!

The beach at the bottom of the hill was a great location but needs some tlc.. nothing to do with the Villa but just saying.

Very good

Karel and Hana are such warmful and welcoming persons, we really felt like we were already regular travellers coming to their place. The appartments have everyting you need to arrive and just drop your luggage and Karel even offered a bottle of rosé, which was a really appreciated gesture. The small patio at the entrance of the studio and the two doors are really convenient, we could let our luggage, shoes and other stuff outside of the appartment locked and in security, which was really great because we would have felt really cramped otherwise with our luggage in the studio.

The studio is a bit small for such a long stay (13 days), I think it would be a perfect fit for a short stay of no more than few days but if you plan to stay more than, let’s say 4 or 5 days, I would suggest to choose an appartment. Or if you are alone, it’s the perfect fit. But as this was the last availability during our trip, we had no choice so it’s ok! Next time we’ll probably go for one of the appartments. We found here and there stuff that were not really clean but nothing dramatic: the tool to let the dishes dry (don’t know how we call it in English) had dry stains and other stuff on it that we didnt manage to clean so we just decided to not use it; there was a bowl with what looked like a mix of sugar and water that has dryied in a cupboard and the mat is really a dust and sand catcher, in such place where people can bring home sand, dirt, etc, it makes it a real nest hard to keep clean so we just removed it and let it in the patio. We also didn’t use the swimming pool as we figured out it was almost never exposed to the sun, but when there is several beaches at less than 15min walking, a pool is really optional.

This property is amazing. The views from the balcony are even better in real life. The apartment is completely high tech, very clean, and equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay. The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful with anything you may need. I will absolutely stay here again as soon as I have the opportunity.

Vue magnifique dans un endroit très calme très proche de la plage

Très bien situé près de la plage de Fabregas avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Endroit très calme, propriétaire très sympathique et très disponible. Bien apprécié aussi dans le studio la machine à café avec ses capsules.

Heerlijk rust, ruimte en prachtige natuur

Dat het contact heel persoonlijk en laagdrempelig was. Hele goeie plek voor wandelen, strand, restaurantjes en prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt, alleen heel klein, maar dat was enige pinpuntje en dat had ik waarschijnlijk niet gezien op de foto's en beschrijving. Hele aardige mensen en goed bed, fijne douche en schoon.

het bed bleek opklapbaar en daardoor was het heel klein. Verder was echt alles super goed.

Klein maar fijn

Het appartement kwam helemaal overeen met de beschrijving. Het is echt piepklein maar doordat het zo vernuftig in elkaar zit ( bed wat in 20 seconden elektrisch wordt opgeklapt ) waarna je weer een zitkamertje hebt. De zeer uitgebreide keuken , je kan het zo gek niet bedenken of het was aanwezig, de heerlijke douche en badkamertje. Het balkonnetje en het fenomenale uitzicht.

Wij hadden wat problemen om het te vinden. Zaten wel op de goede weg maar zijn er paar keer voorbij gereden. Gelukkig konden we gemakkelijk Karel onze host bereiken die ons toen is komen ophalen .

La vue sur la rade de Toulon, La quiétude des lieux améliorée par la fermeture de la corniche merveilleuse. Grâce à cela, la promenade de mon chien etait tranquille.

La superficie du studio qui oblige à fermer le lit escamotable si l'on veut bouger dans la pièce. La forte pente du terrain, mais c'est normal car la maison est en haut de la colline surplombant l'anse Fabrégas. La désinvolture concernant la propreté des coussins des bains de soleil et des terrasses en bois. La piscine, non plus n'était pas nickel.

Fantastisk sted på alle måter.

Fantastisk utsikt fra leiligheten som også har egen balkong hvor man kan sitte og nyte de flotte omgivelsene. Vakker hage og et herlig basseng. Sist men ikke minst så var husverten veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Vi følte oss velkommen og kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang.

Magnifique en tout point ! Attention aux escaliers

Emplacement, au calme, appartement spacieux avec belle vue sur la mer. Appartement impeccable et très bien équipé ! Place de parking au haut de la villa.

Les espaces extérieurs auraient besoin d’entretien au vu de la beauté de la maison et de l’endroit. Vous avez un véritable bijou de maison ! Aussi juste bien préciser qu’il y a énormément d’escaliers tant pour accéder aux deux logements du bas qu’à la piscine

我是一个不太喜欢度假的时候到处走动的人，因为我觉得很疲惫。我更喜欢有个很好的风景，在躺椅上睡大觉，还有去周围的集市买新鲜的食材自己做。如果你也和我类似，我觉得这家民宿真适合你。第一他有绝美的露台景色无论是早上还是晚上。第二这家民宿的网速很好，非常集合远程工作。在露台上工作也完全没有信号问题。第三，这家民宿周围也有可以简单徒步的路线，沿途植物种类丰富，风景有时可以媲美capri海岛。第四，在港口有家生蚝销售商，可以买回来自己做，民宿提供了所有的工具。老板娘赠送了两瓶酒，非常适合搭配海鲜一起吃。

房屋虽然设备先进，家具也不是ikea的廉价家具，但是有以下两个问题，第一，发霉的气味很浓，房屋室内坐久了会不舒服，因为湿气很重，不过，毕竟我们本来应该在露台上享受一下休憩的美好时光。第二，厨房的瓷砖下面有没有密封的缺口，这座山上蚂蚁有些泛滥，我的面包放在厨房灶台上，过一会儿就会看到蚂蚁在拌匀我的面包渣，我不能说他们很令我厌恶，但是这让入睡的时候有些紧张，我需要安慰一下自己。

Super semaine passe dans cette villa avec mon conjoint. Très bien accueilli avec une petite bouteille de rosé en cadeau ☺️vraiment très sympa de leur pars . Endroit très beaux, propre grand, belle vu à côté de la plage. Nous avons adorer👌Personnel très acueillant gentil souriant au petit soins

Aanbevolen, mooi, fijn, rustige accomodatie.

Prachtige accomodatie in de heuvels met geweldig uitzicht op La Seyne. Vriendelijke gastvrije ontvangt en goede uitleg voor de voorzieningen. We waren onder de indruk van hi tec verlicht, tv. Mooie oplossing hoe ruimte in appartement wordt benut.

la vue etait superbe . les escaliers un peu moins il faudrait juste le preciser . apres sur le logement tres bien. juste un petit truc pas de couvercle pour les casseroles et la wifi pas tres bonne mais je consois que c est pas tres graves bonne continuation a vous

Mooie plek met een fantastisch uitzicht over de baai van Toulon.

Mooie plek op een heuvel weg van de drukte, met meerdere leuke plaatjes om te bezoeken binnen 30 minuten. Vriendelijke eigenaren die erg behulpzaam zijn. De mogelijkheid om fietsen te gebruiken was ook erg fijn.

Op bepaalde momenten zijn er veel muggen buiten waar je vervelende bulten van kan krijgen. In het huis liggen wel bestrijdingsmiddelen, maar uiteindelijk gingen we omwille van de muggen soms binnen zitten.
