The property is very spacious in a wonderful location. We were immensely grateful for the air conditioning in the very hot Roman summer. Sara was great to communicate with and accommodated our request to check in early so we could make the most of our time in Rome. She met us and gave us great advice for shopping and restaurants. The flat is on the 4th floor - which was fine for our group. However, if you have a lot of bags or are not physically able to deal with many flights of stairs it may be a challenge. This however is out weighed by the absolutely fabulous location and lovely ambience of the apartment. Highly recommend this for a family group as it allows enough space for everyone to sleep and hang out.
A bit difficult with luggage. Not bad if you are fit and able without loads of luggage.
