Super Lage direkt an der Schifffsanlegstelle mit 180° Blick über den Comer See und Stadt. Dachgeschoss mit 2 Terrassen. Großer Hauptraum mit kleiner funktionaller Küchenzeile. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Kostenlosen nahen Parkplatz haben wir in der Nebensaison (Ende April) leicht gefunden.
Durch die vielen hölzernen Dachschrägen eingeschränkte Nutzbarkeit für große Personen. Küstenstraße ist hörbar, aber noch erträglich.
