great location, near to everything you'd need.well equipped, comfy, great communication

great location, easy to reach Varenna via train. Grocery is really in front of the house and the bakery too (its sign is relative hard to read, so we realized only the last day, that is what it is). the lake side is 3 mins by foot. The ferry station is also relative near, cafés, restaurants, pharmacy if needed. Arrived very late on the first date but it was not an issue as it has locker for the keys. Great instructions, so we found it easily. Got welcoming vine and water in the fridge. Though we forgot to drink it. :) Also leaving the house was smooth. Communication was fast, detailed information. The flat has a modern heating system. Found everything what we needed

A superb one-bedroom apartment on a quiet street in Bellano.

A lovely apartment on a quiet street in Bellano, close to shops, ferry and train. Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well appointed with amenities. The host, Francesca, provided clear and helpful instructions for check-in and use of the property, and was very pleasant to communicate with. Nice, comfortable bed and functional bathroom. Excellent wifi service.

My only complaint is that the upstairs and next-door neighbours are not very quiet, but that seems to be normal here and is just something to live with.

A really exceptional place to stay. Highly recommend.

An exceptional apartment located near everything. The bathroom and kitchen are recently been tastefully renovated. It is close to the railway station, the supermarket and the beach. It’s a short walk to the ferry with access to all the towns located on the lake. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

Lovely apartment in beautiful Bellano.

Great apartment in lovely Bellano, close to the train station and lake shore, supermarket across the road. The apartment is a good size, really clean and modern and well equipped. We loved our stay here - and Bellano is a great base for Lake Como, much nicer than the busier lake towns

Lovely Bellano

A short walk to the Bellano ferry wharf, close to the train station. Nice one bedroom apartment. Good sized bathroom and clean facilities (nice to have a balcony too). The host was friendly and contactable via WhatsApp, easy check-in. We tried the recommended local restaurants and enjoyed the food very much. It’s a cosy home for us during rainy days visiting the Lake Como region in Italy.

Comfortable accommodation. Great scenery.

Emma house Emma House is a ground floor flat a short walk from the train station. There is a small supermarket across the street and the lake shore is also close by. It’s a 5 minute walk along the lake to get to the centre of Bellano. Inside everything is newly renovated and all appliances are there. The living area is quite spacious as is the bedroom. Our host Francesca was very helpful and met us at the station to guide us to the flat and show us everything. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would come back again

La 3 nin de mers pe jos de gara. La 2 nin de lac. Magazin alimentar si brutarie chiar in fata blocului. Restaurante, terase si promenada la 5 min. Foarte curat si confortabil. Zona foarte frumoasa.

Minden tökéletes volt. Nagyon szép tiszta, modern lakás, kényelmes ágy. A tulaj nagyon kedves. Ha kérdeztem bármit azonnal válaszolt. A szurdok 8perc sétára. Egy kis utcara van a tó. Csakis ajánlani tudom.

Non c’è davvero nulla da dire, tutto è stato fantastico. L’appartamento è ordinato, curato e pulitissimo — si sente un profumo di pulito incredibile, persino nei cassetti e nel frigorifero! La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal lungolago e con un supermercato proprio di fronte a casa, comodissimo per qualsiasi esigenza. Si percepisce grande attenzione ai dettagli e un’ospitalità impeccabile. Eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista, mi sono sentito come a casa. ➡️ Ritornerò sicuramente!

Un week-end très agréable dans un endroit magnifique!

L'emplacement est parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre, confortable pour 2 couples. Franscesca est disponible et très arrangeante; ses recommandations pour les restaurants étaient très bonnes.

a qualche passo dal lago e della darsena, posto tranquillo e appartamento ben disposto

Praticamente nulla se parliamo dell'appartamento, una sola suggestione di fare trovare un bollittore con té e tisane C'è la macchina del caffè !

Ідеальне розташування. 2 хвилини до пляжу, 1 хвилина до супермаркету, 3 хвилини до станції та 5 хвилин до корабликів. Дуже сучасна система клімат контролю. На кухні були паперові рушники, сіль, спеції, оливкова олія. В холодильнику нас чекала охолоджена вода та вино. Сам Беллано не так заповнений туристами, як Варенна або Белладжіо

Moderne leilighet med alt du trenger. Beliggenhet i rolig strøk og veldig sentralt. Kort vei til strand, lokal transport og vandrestier. Butikk og bakeri i umiddelbar nærhet. Hyggelige folk i Bellano og rolig stemning med gode restauranter. Vi fulgte vertens anbefalinger for servering + pizza restauranten, Truth. Veldig fornøyde !

Heerlijk appartement!

Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 3 a 4 personen, de kamers zijn ruim. Je hebt zelfs een klein balkon. Alles is aanwezig om zelf te kunnen koken als je zou willen. Het bevindt zich op een hele centrale plek in Bellano. 5 minuten lopen naar het strand, 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum, 5 minuten lopen naar de boot, 5 minuten naar het station. Op de hoek van de straat zit een bakker en een supermarkt. Het contact met Francesca was heel goed. Bellano is een heel gezellig stadje met leuke restaurants en bars.

Muy bien dotado, cómodo, nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check in , está muy bien ubicado, cerca a la playa y principales atracciones, además muy cerca de la estación del tren, me alojaría de nuevo en otra oportunidad

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, tiene el puerto, la estación de tren y el supermercado muy cerca. La anfitriona es muy comunicativa y te da buenas indicaciones.

La cama y la almohada son bastante incómodas, eso no permite descansar bien.

L’endroit est juste exceptionnel . L’emplacement est très pratique car nous somme à 3 minutes à pied de la gare et 5 minutes des bateaux, il y a une supérette ainsi qu’une boulangerie dans la rue c’est très pratique . La ville de bellano est très mignone et typique (de bellano il n’est pas très compliquer d’aller dans les villes comme varenna (4 minutes en train), ce n’est pas non plus loin de tremezzo, bellagio). L’appartement était très propres et Francesca nous explique bien comment aller à l’appartement, les activité à faire accoter, les restaurants à faire… L’appartement est très bien équipé avec plein de produits ménager, le fer a repasser…
