Was a lovely stay. The appartment is very well located and is quite spacious.
Location
It needs some decent coffee/tea mugs. There were only 2 small cups and small cups and saucers. Also no wifi :(

Not in a rentable state
Fabulous location for transport around Lake Como.
The accomodation has serious electric supply issues. From the second day of our stay we had no lighting other than the cooker hood light and one lamp which was needed to light the bathroom. The only other socket which worked had to be used to power the fridge and charge mobile phones. Property managers attended but couldn't resolve the issue. The owners claimed an electrician would attend but this never happened. Dishwasher is not plumbed into water supply! Renovation works are ongoing to another property in the building. Concrete being drilled out at 8am isn't ideal on a relaxing break.
