Amazing location!

Fabulous location, right on the lake. Short walk down to the centre with ferry stop, nice cafes, small beach. Comfortable beds with 2 good sized bedrooms. Right by train station (with nice coffee!) - would recommend to leave someone with your bags here when you arrive as keys are a short walk the opposite direction to apartment. No need for a car so ideal for us. Fabulous to watch sun setting over the lake from the balcony! A couple of issues sorting by hosts - thank you.

A little noisy by the road but didn't wake our young children so no problem! Facilities are dated - no kettle (this is mentioned and no drama). Small living space but ok for 2 adults and 2 young children.

The most beautiful view we have ever had from a hotel/apartment! Everything spotlessly clean and the apartment was really comfortable. Underground parking is a massive bonus, especially in the heat of summer. The communication was excellent and the detailed check-in instructions really helped.

Special stay at Lake Como

The location was excellent and one could easily walk to the supermarkets, beach and local restaurants. We loved the area and the relaxing environment and would definitely visit again.

If traffic noise bothers you, this place is not for you as the bedrooms open to the main road through town. Decor is a bit tired and could be modernised to make it more value for money. The kettle was missing, but no big deal.

Great apartment right on the lake with amazing view that is very close to train station

The apartment was great, right on the lake with the most amazing view. It was really convenient to be near train station especially with our early train. The apartment has a tiny beach area below the apartment which we used to swim every afternoon. The apartment is a 10 min stroll to the main piazza with cafes, the view from balcony was so nice so we liked to stay in - we had takeaway pizza both nights.

Whilst apartment was really convenient being near train station, it wasnt close to the key collection office. My husband waited at the front of apartment with bags whilst i walked down a few blocks (approx 10 mins away) to get key. If you are coming from train station i dont recommend you walk to key collection office with bags as there is a small really narrow part of road to walk past just before you get to office to get keys, so could be tricky with bags. The fold down silver table on the tiny balcony wasnt able to be used so we had to put wine glasses on the floor.

The apartment was very well located allowing us to enjoy the lake Como without using the car.

Affordable stay for a couple days with a great view

Beautiful view and nice to have parking and a baby bed. Not too far of a walk into town

The road noise is pretty noticeable and the apartment is dated and not well maintained. I thought it was really hard to use the 3rd party app (not Booking) that they asked us to use to check-in, pickup keys, and view the apartment info

Eenmaal gearriveerd in appartement, een fijn verblijf op goede locatie.

Het was een appartement maar vlakbij de restaurants waar we konden ontbijten. Leuk balkonnetje waar we konden zitten met uitzicht over het meer.

De sleutel ophalen was nogal een uitdaging. Eerst auto ergens (betaald) parkeren om sleutel uit kluisje te halen. Dan naar ander adres rijden om auto te parkeren. Dan lopen naar appartement. 3 locaties dus.
