Замечательные апартаменты. Хозяева дорожат своей репутацией, поэтому прикладывают много усилий,чтобы было комфортно и идут навстречу при решении организационных вопросов. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Заселение бесконтактное. Накануне заселения мы получили подробные инструкции, вплоть до того, как добраться от вокзала. Так как апартаменты находятся на возвышенности , хозяева уточнили сколько у нас багажа и предложили заказать такси. Нам было предоставлено много информации об озере Комо: куда пойти, что посмотреть, где пообедать. А когда мы заблудились на маршруте, то сразу же ответили на сообщение и помогли советом.

Super schönes Apartment im malerischen Ort, der Weg ist sehr schön und das Check in ist unkompliziert. Sehr sauber, ruhig, alles was man braucht ist da vorhanden.

Ho soggiornato qui per una notte e ho solo commenti positivi!
L’appartamento è completamente nuovo e pulitissimo: è moderno e in condizioni perfette ed è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un arredamento coordinato e di alta qualità.
La camera da letto è magnifica: il letto è comodissimo e ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di avere la stanza completamente buia grazie alle tapparelle.
È presente anche un grazioso balcone.
Ci si sente davvero come a casa: l’appartamento è dotato proprio di tutto, tra cui lavatrice, forno, microonde e persino una friggitrice ad aria, oltre a tutto il necessario per cucinare, con numerose pentole e utensili.
La cosa che mi ha colpita di più è l’estremo gusto con cui ogni dettaglio è stato scelto: non solo funzionale, ma anche curato nell'insieme. L'atmosfera è magica!
La posizione è ideale, in un condominio tranquillo e silenzioso, a circa 10 minuti dal centro di Bellano, con parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze.
L’accesso keyless è molto pratico e veloce.
Inoltre, i gestori sono gentilissimi e super disponibili: ci hanno fornito tanti suggerimenti e consigli utili per il soggiorno, dai ristoranti ai posti da visitare.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Consigliatissimo!

We really enjoyed staying at Solema Lake Como in Bellano. The place was very clean and comfortable for two people. Ele went above and beyond as a host: she sent us many tips of activities to enjoy nearby/restaurants to try. She also checked on us multiple times for the duration of our stay. She also sent a video of how to access her apartment in advance of our arrival. Because the 15 minute walk from the ferry to the apartments is mostly uphill/consists of steps, she offered to book a taxi for us (the cost was reasonable). We opted to walk (each with a backpack and a roller carry-on bag), but take Ele’s advice— go with the taxi!
Take Ele’s advice—if you have more than a backpack or think you’ll struggle to walk up hill with luggage, take a taxi!
