Lovely!

We really enjoyed staying at Solema Lake Como in Bellano. The place was very clean and comfortable for two people. Ele went above and beyond as a host: she sent us many tips of activities to enjoy nearby/restaurants to try. She also checked on us multiple times for the duration of our stay. She also sent a video of how to access her apartment in advance of our arrival. Because the 15 minute walk from the ferry to the apartments is mostly uphill/consists of steps, she offered to book a taxi for us (the cost was reasonable). We opted to walk (each with a backpack and a roller carry-on bag), but take Ele’s advice— go with the taxi!

Take Ele’s advice—if you have more than a backpack or think you’ll struggle to walk up hill with luggage, take a taxi!

Charming Italian apartment near the center of Bellano

Nice, clean apartment with a comfy bed and good lighting. It’s a renovated traditional Italian apartment and well equipped, just without a dishwasher. Getting to the city center is easy and really enjoyable, with a beautiful walk past some scenic spots. The neighborhood feels friendly, safe, and clean. The hostess is amazing—super friendly, very helpful, and happy to think along with your itinerary✨️🫶

The apartment was absolutely perfect for a few days in Bellano! It is located a short walk from the waterside and restaurants and had more than just the essentials to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Fantastic apartment and lovely hosts

A very nice and welcoming accommodation. There was everything you needed. Cozy balcony and fantastic hosts who gave lots of tips on restaurants and attractions. They took the time to answer any questions I had. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well thought out. I would love to come back.

Lovely host and beautiful apartment

Beautiful place in the hillside of Bellano. The host, Eleonora, was really lovely. She was so helpful with everything, and helped us plan our stay and book restaurants. She was available through WhatsApp at any time, and really made us feel so welcome. We would love to stay at Solema Lake Como again!

beautiful area and incredible hosts!

it was a very cute apartment! it was the perfect size for me and my husband on our honeymoon. the hosts were incredible! they helped make our trip a success. they offered us travel advice for the area. booked us some taxi's and even helped bring our luggage down the mountain to catch our departing train. i would highly recommend this property and these hosts to anyone! it was a very short walk to one of the gems of Bellano, Orrido di Bellano, it is a MUST SEE!!

not the properties fault!!!! we did not travel with a car we walked and used public transport. if you plan to do the same thing know there is quite a hike on a cobblestone trail up to the house, if you're good walker then it should be no problem. in the summer it does get quite hot and there is no A/C but we would cool off with a cold shower and use the standing fan they provided. to us it made no problem and didn't impact our trip.

Absolutely wonderful hosts!

We stayed in this gorgeous house for two nights on our visit to lake como. The house was clean, organised and stocked with everything you would need. However what made the stay truly wonderful were the hosts. It was like having a local best friend on speed dial. The trains were not running so there was confusion but they were there to message and check in on us as well as to provide suggestions on what to do in and around lake como. They also helped us stave taxis and look up ferry time table changes. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and safe. It made such a huge difference to our trip and we definitely had some of the best time in lake como thanks to Eleonora!

Perfect

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! The apartment was absolutely beautiful — even better than the photos. Everything was super clean, tastefully decorated, and full of thoughtful details. You can really feel the care that went into every corner of the space. But what truly made the experience special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us — even with a small issue we had in Italy related to a toll tax. They didn’t have to, but they took the time to support us and offer guidance, and we’re so grateful for that. Their warmth and generosity made us feel truly welcome. We’d come back without hesitation and recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay!

L'appartement était propre et très confortable, nous avons très bien dormi et avons été très à l'aise, même pour cuisiner etc tout était à disposition. Les hôtes étaient vraiment adorables, disponibles, à l'écoute et toujours de bon conseil.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal; 10min fußläufig zum Ort Bellano, zum Bahnhof wie auch zum Fährhafen. Von den Vermietern gab es jede Menge wertvoller Tipps für Ausflugsziele, Restaurants etc. inklusive vieler "Insights" rund um den Comer See. Sie waren sehr bemüht, uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, und jederzeit erreichbar.

Limpieza y atención excelentes

Cama muy cómoda, el baño es práctico, tiene balcón y cocina, aunque no utilizamos nada de eso, se podría hacer vida normal allí. La zona es muy silenciosa. Y sobre todo, el personal es inmejorable, preocupada en todo momento por nuestra comodidad, además de recomendarnos lugares y restaurantes.

Está ubicado a 7 minutos del embarcadero pero yendo por unas escaleras, muchas escaleras! Para nosotros no fue un problema pero es un tema importante para quien tenga problemas de movilidad.

Очень уютно и максимально чисто , есть все необходимое не только для туристических нескольких дней , но и для более длительной поездки 😁😍 Очень вежливые и добродушные хосты , помогут вам чем смогут , до центра и вокзала 10 минут пешком ( но … если вы не сильно спортивны - то на обратном пути до аппартов придется попотеть 🤣там крутой подьем вверх мимо водопада ) , но это даже полезно До водопада 5 минут ( это местная достопримечательность ) . Нам абсолютно все понравилось , квартира была действительно максимально чистой ( это для меня очень важно) , приятно пахло , и классный вид из окна

Appartamento moderno, bello, arredato con gusto, letto comodissimo. Estremamente funzionale l'accesso keyless. Tutto pulitissimo. Host gentilissimi e super disponibili. Consigliatissimo

Rispetto al lungolago, si trova nella parte alta del borgo (circa 80m di dislivello). La passeggiata (sentiero del viandante che passa accanto all'orrido) è molto bella e caratteristica, fattibilissima da chiunque, ma con un neonato e passeggino è consigliabile utilizzare l'auto per raggiungere il centro.

ホストのEleonora がまるで女神のように優しかった。Tirano からこの夏電車が無く代行バスが出ていたのだけど時間を調べてくれたりどこで乗り換えとか詳しく教えてくれた。安全に来れるように心から親切にしてくれて心強かったです。連絡はいつも返信が速いしオススメのレストランや観光地の情報も詳しく教えてくれたおかげでコモ湖観光を満喫できた。部屋はすごく綺麗だしスタイリッシュで居心地がすごくよかった。鍵の開け方なども親切にビデオで教えてくれて助かりました。洗剤も用意してくれたおかげで洗濯機も一回使わせていただきとても助かりました。私は使用しなかったけどコーヒー紅茶オリーブオイルとかの調味料は揃っていました。

Super établissement et hôte très gentille !

L’appartement est très beau et complet au niveau de l’équipement, la chambre était également magnifique avec un lit vraiment confortable ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au lac de Côme et nous pouvons remercier l’hôte Eleonora pour cela! Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les activités à faire, les endroits à visiter et où manger. Elle nous a également aidé pour faire des réservations dans des restaurants! C’est une personne d’une extrême gentillesse, soucieuse qu’on se sente bien pendant notre séjour et toujours disponible en cas de besoin! Nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner un jour! Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter! ☺️

Sceglierei altre mille volte 😉

Abbiamo pernottato in due, per tre notti, nel fine settimana di ferragosto. È stato come essere a casa propria, super confortevole, dotato di tutto, per cucinare, stirare, friggitrice ad aria (cosa che non ho nemmeno mai usato perché io non possiedo 🤣), lavatrice, detersivi per pulire, forno, microonde, macchina del caffè, moka, spremi agrumi, mestoli, posate e utensili vari. Armadio molto capiente, cuscini, coperte, insomma di tutto. Ci si arriva con una camminata un po' impegnativa, ma tanto è suggestivo il posto che la fatica di discese e salite si sente meno! 😄 Gestori disponibilissimi per qualsiasi dubbio o informazione, personalmente consiglierei all'infinito, perché miglior trattamento di questo non si può trovare da nessuna parte! Inoltre è situato in un condominio molto tranquillo, c'è anche una bella vista appena usciti dal portone principale. Vi faccio grossisimi complimenti, lo sceglierei di nuovo dovessi ricapitare nel posto 😊

Uitstekend

Zeer goed uitgerust en mooi, heel recent gerenoveerd appartement in een rustige omgeving op wandelafstand van stad/meer. Zalig bed. Uitstekende hygiëne. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en informatief. Veel parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Misschien een detail maar het was de enige verblijfplaats tijdens onze rondreis waar ruim voldoende badhanddoeken waren, wat we heel erg konden apprecieren.

Aan het appartement zelf absoluut niets. Misschien het enige vermelding waardige; het appartementsgebouw is hoog gelegen t.o.v de stad/het meer waardoor het, zeker in warme temperaturen, best een pittige klim/daling is over trappen en steile paden om te voet naar het centrum/meer te gaan. Voor ons was het geen probleem maar misschien wel voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn.

Relaxed en fijn

Alles is netjes en schoon. Ligt in een lekker rustig dorpje en je komt snel bij de grotere steden rondom het meer. Bed lag erg lekker en de eigenaresse hielp ons enorm met de beste hotspots in de buurt te vinden.

Wifi was best traag en de douche was niet geweldig. Verder echt alles super!

Absolute Empfehlung für einen tollen Aufenthalt am Comer See

Wir hatten eine absolut traumhafte Zeit in Bellano. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns Wohnung mit ihrer Ausstattung selbst sowie die Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist super schön und hat eine extrem saubere und hochwertige Ausstattung. Es wurde an alles gedacht und sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und alles in bester Qualität. Man fühlt sich rundum und direkt sehr wohl. Die Lage war auch super und das Örtchen Bellano hat es uns wirklich angetan. Ein super Ausgangspunkt um von dort aus den Comer See zu erkunden. Eleonora und Marcello waren wirklich die besten Hosts, die wir bisher hatten. Sie waren immer erreichbar für Fragen, haben uns super beraten und geholfen die besten Angebote für Ausflüge etc zu finden (bzw. uns sogar bei der Buchung geholfen). Was wir absolut nicht als selbstverständlich sehen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und es war das beste Apartment in dem wir bisher waren - und dadurch einfach nur ein unvergesslicher und super schöner Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft allen von Herzen weiter :)
