Nice and functional appartment for short stays at Lake Como

Location at the lake in cute bellano is amazing, very close (on foot) to the center where most Restaurants and Cafés are. Conveniently, there's also a Meridian Hotel restaurant located in the same spot but we didn't try it. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Lots of amenities. View is great Parking directly next to the lake Check in and check out well explained with a key drop off location.

- Unclear if one can use the 'private beach' of the house or if that's for hotel guests only - There's what looks to be mold on the ceiling in both the bathroom and the bedroom. We weren't concerned since we stayed only for one night, but the landlords should address this soon - while the location is amazing, the street can be loud occasionally. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs are recommended - the trash/recycling system needs labels if guests are supposed to do it

Check in time is late, at 4pm and check out at 10 am. Forced to stay very short time. I have arrived early and waiting for hours to check in. Early check in request not considered.

nice locations , good parking, private entrance to the lake

no air condition , crazy hot rooms .we stay on first floor and because of no AC had to keep windows open , full night didn’t sleep because of car and bike sounds . Texted personal to upgrade or change the room for additional payment , answer was no room - in same time I see other location by same operating company available on booking. i suggest them to mention about this in advance , answer was - feel free to contact booking.com . not suggested for families with kids .

The apartment was fine. Some things were worn, but the bedding was comfortable. It's in a great location in relation to the town and lake.

There was no air conditioning, and it was quite hot. The apartment is right by the road, so it was too noiisy to sleep with windows open.

Location next to the lake

Windows are to the front to the road, and bins. Its very very loud on early morning hours when garbage truck collect bins. For longer stay is not acceptable. You will not be able to sleep. At least you need to get up very early. Be careful. Apartment is quite old, and not very clean

Everything. The bed,pillows. Wi-Fi perfectly.. The apartment was so close to everything,restaurants ,mini market,train station(500m) . You don't need car..
