Great Value - Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 403 is a SILVER quality vacation rental at the BRONZE Tier rate! This three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental is located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation rental 403 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a king in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. The main bath offers a comfort height toilet and a walk-in shower. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. 403 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.
Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 403 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Everything was clean and very comfortable. There’s just some thing about waking up to a view of the Gulf from bed. We had no negatives concerning this property. We had a wonderful time.

The view WoW! If you want peaceful, laid back beach days this is the place for you! No huge crowds on the beach! The property manager and everyone we came in contact with that worked there was very pleasant and they took good care of us! We will definitely be back

I wouldn’t stay with JC resort management again due to the fact that we were charged $50 after our stay for towels we couldn’t wash, due to having a dryer that didn’t dry. We couldn’t do our own laundry and we flew on a plane so that was important to us to pack less so we could do laundry. Also the entire time you have to show proof of a wrist band and we were charged for an extra wristband we didn’t have. I called a week ago to speak to someone and I’ve gotten the run around and no returned phone call. I called twice and they would said they would call me back. We come to the area twice a year and Sand Dollar is a place I wouldn’t recommend due to management.
