Lokalizacja obiektu, bliskość dworca autobusowego, bliskość sklepów spożywczych oraz restauracji. Akceptowalnie blisko od plaży. Prawidłowo działające, prawie nowe dwie jednostki klimatyzacji - w salonie z aneksem kuchennym oraz w sypialni. Balkon w którym w drugiej połowie dnia można było odpocząć w cieniu.
Łóżka w salonie można by było zastosować rozkładane - wygodniejsze niż dwie sofy, jedna mniejsza, druga trochę większa - raczej do spanie mało wygodne. Przydały by się dwa komplety kluczy do mieszkania gdy się chce rozdzielić.

La casa è molto accogliente e rappresenta un ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare il centro storico, che dista circa 1 km. Comodo anche il sistema di check-in autonomo tramite locker.
Il parcheggio è stato un vero incubo: si deve girare a lungo tra gli isolati sperando di trovare un posto libero per l'auto.

L appartamento è in posizione centrale comodo ai servizi, completo e pulito. La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile.
Il terzo letto in realtà è un divano non comodissimo. Mancanza di parcheggio.
