Checkin and checkout process was easy and host was open in communication to agree few details. Also host welcome was quite nice. Good location, with Nea Chora beach 10min walk and city center starting with 5min walk, also there is space for free parking in the nearby streets if you needed. Spacious apartment with a lot of room, with solid composition of the rooms, it was comfortable.
Facilities are somewhat outdated and cleanliness should be improved. Key system is not convenient if it is a larger group because of the electricity key slot for the keycard and and it seems there is not possibility to ask for an extra pair of keys... in conclusion less flexibility in this case.

Ευρύχωρο και καλά εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα με δύο μπαλκόνια σε πολύ καλό σημείο, δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Υποδοχή με φρεσκοστιμμένο χυμό πορτοκάλι! Σχετικά καλή τιμή.
Δεν δίνεται δεύτερο κλειδί, κάτι πολύ άβολο για τρία άτομα. Δεν υπάρχει ρεύμα όταν λείπεις και δεν μπορείς να φορτίσεις συσκευές. Εκτελούνταν έργα στην οδό και ξυπνάγαμε με τον ήχο του κομπρεσέρ (εντάξει, δεν φταίει το κατάλυμα, αλλά δεν υπήρξε και σχετική ενημέρωση). Στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ. Ωστόσο δεν πρόκειται για έλλειψη της σχετικής υποδομής, γιατί ασανσέρ υπάρχει, απλά δεν λειτουργεί, κάτι που θα μπορούσε να είχε επιλυθεί. Απαράδεκτα νωρίς το check-out (10:00).
