New construction luxury beach condo with amenities located above the new Hyatt Place Hotel in Dewey Beach, Delaware. Enjoy sweeping views of Rehoboth Bay and the Atlantic Ocean in this luxurious three bedroom two and a half bath condo with extra high ceilings.
Residences Lighthouse Cove Penthouse Unit 463- This condominium is perfect for your beach vacation and year-round relaxation. The kitchen features 21st Century amenities, including stainless steel appliances, upgraded counter tops, and an extra-large sink with pull-down sprayer faucet. The luxurious master bedroom includes an oversized private bathroom adjoins the master bedroom, with a custom-designed tile shower and double vanity sinks. The master bedroom also has its own door to the oversized balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own luxury bathroom. The third bedroom has a full sized bunk bed with twin on top and with twin sized trundle bed. The living room also features a pull-out queen sofa bed for additional sleeping needs. Large screen TVs in every room. Eat your meals on the private spacious balcony overlooking the bay and its magnificent vista. You also have access to the expansive Plaza Courtyard, a private common space exclusive to condominium guests at The Residences. Overlooking the terrace is an outdoor heated pool which is exclusive to guests at The Residences. From the Plaza you can watch the sunset from the community fire pit and BBQ grill area, or just relax and enjoy Dewey Beach and the stunning mid-Atlantic coastline from high above beach crowds. Guests at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove also receive access to many of the Hyatt Place Hotel's amenities. You can float in the indoor, saltwater pool or work out on the new fitness equipment. Note, Hotel breakfast is not included.
Condo guests have exclusive access to the outdoor infinity pool which can be accessed through the 3rd fl.
*No need to drive into Rehoboth as there is a regular Trolly right at your door step.
*Condo includes two garage parking spaces. The garage has a height limit of 6’6”. For additional parking, Daily, Weekly and Weekend parking permits can be obtained from the kiosk located in front of Dewey Beach Town Hall (105 Rodney Avenue) 24 hours a day.

I go to Dewey Beach every year with my family. This condo has a beautiful view of the bay which was a definite plus; however, when we arrived, we had to do a major cleaning of all the dishes as they were stored dirty as well as santitize and clean out all dresser drawers. The master bedroom drawers under the bed where filthy. The first night when I went to take a shower, the drain wouldn't drain and I had to notify the owner. He sent over the property manager who thankfully was able to resolve the issue. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. are very sparse so it is hard to prepare big dinners for a large family. The towels and sheets are not high quality. The mattresses in the double bed and bunkbed room were uncomfortable. With all this being said, we had a nice vacation and enjoyed the sunsets and thunderstorms from the deck. Overall rating therefore was Good rather than Exceptional.

Pros: great location and nice enough space.
Cons: late night outside noise made it impossible to sleep in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Kitchen had very few appliances/pots. No linens provided. Checkout process was a lot given what we paid per night.
