Recently renovated ocean-front 5 bedroom house. This large, sophisticated beach house is located one hundred yards from the ocean, a block from the bay and a 15 minute walk to downtown Rehoboth. Boasting five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home sleeps 12 in two primary bedrooms with king sized beds and on-suite bathrooms, one guest room with queen bed, and two bunk rooms, one with two full sized beds and one with two twin sized beds. A large living/dining room and kitchen on the ground floor open to a large, enclosed porch with outdoor seating and dining. A deck off of primary and secondary bedrooms upstairs offers plenty of spaces to be outside at home and an abundance of natural light. With all new fixtures and furnishings, this home features a fully functioning kitchen with integrated appliances and induction cooktop, a vented washer and dryer, an oversized TV, sonos audio system and wifi throughout. The house was recently renovated with sustainability prioritized and has no fossil-fuel-based utility connections (though a BBQ sits outside for summer grilling) plus solar panels on the roof providing a healthy, carbon-mindful vacation option. Don't forget about the outlet malls in Rehoboth Beach and the restaurants, nightlife and shopping in nearby Bethany Beach and Lewes. This mature, custom home is fully equipped, highly functional with an architect's clean aesthetic that represents a memorable combination of luxury and comfort at the beach. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $273.80. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

This home made this our best family trip in the 10+ years we have been going to Dewey as this family group. The home construction and design was well done (noted by my husband who has been in the customer home business for 30+ years). Aesthetic and decor was beautiful, and let’s be honest, location and the beautiful screened in porch just couldn’t be better!
Can’t wait to return! Best home in Dewey!

Our family typically stays in Lewes or Rehobeth but this year we decided to switch it up since our kids were getting older and give Dewey a try.
We really enjoyed the convenience to the beach(50yds) and the location to the restaurants and fun in town. It was also easy to visit Rehobeth and the boardwalk with the Trolley that was available.
We will stay here again if available and thought the home was well equipped with the essentials for cooking and hanging out. We really enjoyed family time on the screen porch. Great home and location
