About this house rental
Welcome to 114 New Orleans Street in the heart of Dewey Beach. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a perfect summer getaway. Walk into the home on the ground level where you can kick off your shoes and head up flight of steps where you will find the large open kitchen/dining room. A large living space with a massive sectional sofa and tv will allow you to relax and unwind. Two sliders open up to the outside open deck with additional seating areas where you can have a family meal outside or enjoy the seating area with great conversation and your favorite summer cocktail in your hand. On this level you will also find a primary queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom tucked behind the kitchen. An additional half bath is provided, and laundry are nearby. Walk up to the third level where you will find two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the second with two twins. A shared full bathroom and an additional small area with queen sleeper sofa and small dining table with balcony overlooking the main living level. This is a great area to play family board games or use as a work area. On this level you will find access to the roof top deck where you will find a summer kitchen where you can BBQ, entertain or simple just escape and watch the beautiful Dewey Beach sunset with a view of Rehoboth Bay. With just a short walk to the beach, area restaurants and bars, you can park your car and walk to everything Dewey Beach has to offer. Private parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and outdoor shower is available.
