This could be the place for you: where to share dinners with friends or family, read books that you will carry in your heart, enjoy a good glass of candlelit wine or simply relax looking at the stars from the balconies. I like the idea that Altrove could be this and much more for you who pass through Verona, are looking for a different breath and a welcoming and peaceful place.
Ideal for families, couples of friends or for business stays; convenient for those arriving by car, bicycle or public transport. The apartment offers a comfortable and suitable solution for every need.

The apartment is easily accessible by bus from the PN station in about 15 minutes (11-12-13) with stops within 300m of the house.
The historic center can be reached by bus 11-12-13 (south area - Arena di Verona) or 32-33 (north area - Ponte Pietra).
The evening / holiday service is guaranteed by lines 90/95.

A private garage is available on request to park your car or bicycles for the duration of your stay. At 100 meters there is a free parking, useful for those who need to leave the car before check-in and / or after check-out.

During the booking process, we establish a possible arrival time from 18.00 to 20. 00. Any check-in after 20.00 can be agreed before the booking confirmation. Check-out by 10.00.

Before check-in I ask by email: a copy of the documents of all the people who will have access to the apartment, including the person who booked. At check-in I ask:

- verification of identity documents
- signing of the short-term rental contract (DL 50/2017 art. 4 - LAW 96/2017 art. 1), which on request I can anticipate by email
- City tax

The tourist tax in Verona is mandatory. The Host must collect the amount and transfer it to the authorities, as per municipal regulations. I kindly ask you to pay cash on arrival.

You will live in a very quiet and well-kept building: therefore respect the rules of common sense and avoid excessive noise (silence hours: 22: 00-8: 00 and 13-15). No animals, no events. Smoking is allowed outside only (LAW 3/2003 art. 51).

You can use all the spaces of the house in an exclusive but respectful of the neighborhood. The use of the garden or other common condominium spaces is not allowed.

There are several books, including tourist guides, that you can consult and ... if you find useful information, give the same chance to those who come after you: take a photo!

Since the house is not equipped, this accommodation is not suitable for infants (up to 2 years).

In the apartment you will find the necessary equipment for cleaning and tidying up, during the stay and before departure. My Elsewhere is small ... take care of it and leave the house as you found it on arrival, do not force me to ask you for a cleaning fee of € 30.00!
