The owner met us and went through everything and was communicative via WhatsApp. It was clean, and has what you need for a few days. The balcony is a nice space to sit and listen/watch birds (we saw a Little Owl).
We were quite cold. There was a thin duvet but it wasn't warm. The windows don't provide much soundproofing so we got woken up by birds in the courtyard quite early. WiFi wasn't good as I think the router is in the apartment next door so it could only be accessed in the bedroom and part of the kitchen.
