Really another way to find accommodations with friendly owners with a tight budget.

Located in a quiet neighborhood -yet within rapid reach of many shops and main roads. The owners Monica and Gabriel went out of their way to make me feel at home. Monica provided me with a lovely breakfast each day and the couple cooked a great dinner - you don’t get this in a conventional accommodation !

I found parking a car a little difficult on my first day but quickly found public roadside parking the following days nearby. This should be explained a little better as I was under the impression that parking was within the premises. There is a need for a plug multiplier in the room to charge your phone or computer - not a big deal - .

Superb

Very friendly hosts, good conversations, and practical help beyond expectations. There was some remodeling going on but all amenities had been kept clean and functional. I enjoyed the generous breakfast and overall an experience like an homestay with friends. The location is at the outskirts of a suburb. The train to Brussels is fast and frequent, the walk to Halle Station is over 25 minutes though.

Extremely warm-hearted housekeepers, very friendly and welcoming at all times willing to go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to please you. Very rich and varied breakfast table. The housekeepers invited us to a BBQ as we stayed for 2 weeks. A lot of attention to details.

Nothing. I can only recommend the place to travellers willing to stay in a quiet and safe outskirt of Brussels.

A very friendly and hospitable owner and is family. I will go to meet them again if I go to Halle.

The owner went out of his way to accomodate me including picking me up at the station, dropping me to the client location and taking me to the local McDonalds, about 2 km away, in his car. The room is fantastic and the wifi is strong. The house is old but very well maintained, it does not look old from the outside and inside. There is off road parking and a massive garden at the back.

Location, Location & Location. Halle is small sleepy town just outside Brussels (less than 15 mins by train to Brussels Zuid / Midi stations) and the house itself is about 2.5 kms from the town centre. So this is suited for people who have their own car or can use a taxi. The bus stop is about 7 mins walk away. There are buses to the station every 15 minutes or so.

Tudo péssimo. Não têm noção do que é alugar um espaço. A casa, está em obras, sem aquecimento, quarto sem qq conforto, colchão, almofadas péssimo, lençóis sujos com pêlo e cabelos, além de péssima qualidade, os arrumos estavam cheios de roupa e calçado suponho dos proprietários, as portas a ranger de falta de manutenção, a suposta tv, ar condicionado ou máquina de café/chá, simplesmente não existe, o valor cobrado é sem qq dúvida um absurdo ao espaço que paguei. Fiquei apenas na primeira noite, voltei para recuperar minha bagagem e ir para outro local. Deveria de haver um controlo para estas pessoas não puderem enganar mais ninguém. Considero que o booking é responsável, deveria de haver forma de processar os proprietários e a aplicação. Espero com minha publicação que outros não aluguem o dito espaço. Deveriam ser penalizados e excluidos da aplicação
