Didn’t even happen. Was left stranded in a foreign country with no accomodation at 11:30pm at night.

Story time: Booking was made at 6:01pm, Confirmation of booking was at 7:23pm. Requested check in for 8pm-9pm. Email arrived stating 8PM LATEST for check in. However next email confirmed later check in was accepted. This was all fine and well until both my partner and I had our phones die on our travels to the apartment. This meant that what was supposed to be an hour travel turned into an almost 2 hour journey, as we stopped and spoke to locals as well as using a very old and out of date map on a CD in our car from the 00s. Once FINALLY arriving at 10PM we found a lovely MUST SEE RESTAURANT: Ristorante Pizzeria Arte. Which thankfully was still open! We had some delicious dessert and they allowed us to charge our phones by the time they were up and running we used every phone number to contact them. This was all futile, no responses , we called them nearly 30 times and nothing. Collection of the keys was impossible UNLESS you got there by a certain time so that the owners could directly give you the keys. My partner and I were left stranded in this small town until 11:30PM when the incredible restaurant finally had the chance to close and now we had to figure out where to next. TDLR: BE WARNED NO LOCK BOX AND IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT HOSTS AFTER 8PM, IF THERE, PLEASE EAT AT Ristorante Pizzeria Arte 10/10 food.

cheap accoodation very clean and spacious but with limited comfort and poor in house accessibility

The room was spacious; the host was helpful (because of a car problem, I could not come to collect the keys at 6 pm as scheduled. I sent a local person to collect the key of the house and of my room on my behalf, which was done, I actually arrive d at 23:30 'i.e. after my professional activity) and the host waked up to help me with the luggage and to show me into my room).

As often the case, rooms in non-hotel locations are at an elevated level ( 3d floor or above) and have no elevator. oerover, the staircase may not be easy easy (very steep; lack of handrail...) or opens in the room creating a potential hazard). This lay create major issues for people with heavy luggage and/or disabilities. This point should be clearly mentioned and/or commented upon in he room description, which is not done so far. My suggestion is to add to the room descriptions the following items: 1. room is at Xth floor - elevator to this floor / a lower floor: yes/no - 2. staircase: wide / narrow ; normal / steep ; handrail full /partial .none - use if disabilities: easy / fair / difficult / not possible ; - 3. availability of help for hauling large luggage at arrival and departure: yes / limited / no // professional: yes / no For this stay: room: 3d floor - no elevator - staircase: narrow - use if disability : limited (this is worsened that is no private bathroom and customers need to go down on floor to get access to a common bathroom (bath ad WC), which makes access potentially dangerous during the night (suggestion: add to the room equipment a suitable pot ofr sue durign the night [resuming the use of eh old "bight sludge" used by our grand mothers ) - availability of help: yes (non professional) Other point to be clearly marked: no private bathroom or WC; available common bathroom one flour below; There is no breakfast but a kettle to make hot water and use it for coffee (iatnt coffee) or tea.

The owner it's a nice person. It's located close to a nice square

The room it's a top of the building on the 3rd floor of the owner of the house. The owner it's a nice and polite person but all look old and needs to refreshed. Price for the service provided it's too high

eenvoudige ruime kamer, handdoeken aanwezig en mogelijkheid om koffie te drinken

op zich niets, badkamer is gedeeld maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

Toilette dans la salle de bains hors service On as du descendre encore un étage (escalier dangereux) pour aller à la toilette. Mauvaise sécurité incendie j’ ai vu 1 seul extenteur ,pas de éclairage de secours pas d’escalier de secour en cas d’ incendie il y auras des victimes.

Bettwäsche nicht ok( zweifel, weil nichts war weiß) Toilette gemeinsam in einem andere etage musste man voele Treffe runter und oben Schloss der Zimmer war nicht ok

het was onduidelijk qua inchecken, kon host moeilijk bereiken in eerste instantie. maar ze belden gelukkig snel terug.
