The property was spacious and had all we needed. It was very convenient to travelling around the west country. Close to Plymouth. The property is in a lovely quiet street. It does back onto school but we visited during holidays. Lovely large garden

When we arrived the dishwasher needed emptying and there were crumbs on sofa. Also cigarette bits on small terrace.

Good location, spacious & clean property with everything you would need and to a good standard. The garden not overlooked with plenty of space for the kids to play. Layout was nice airy and light. Shower was amazing

There was not enough adequate storage, only one of the rooms had a wardrobe in it, the garden was not secure so small children or pets could just get out onto the street and the double bedroom was just two single beds put together which meant falling into the hole in the night was frequent occurrence.

The location of this property is excellent for links into Plymouth and the wider Devon area. The bungalow and garden have great potential. The beds were comfortable. The staff available to speak with were quick to respond and helpful.

The bungalow is in need of deep cleaning and renovation throughout. The loft room is extremely hot, even when temperatures are UK average as they were for our last stay, with only 1 fan and broken/missing velux window blinds this room was unusable during our stay and 2 adults had to sleep on the bunk beds which wasn't ideal. The garden is not secure so whilst dogs can stay here, they can't be let in the garden unattended (we didn't bring our dogs for our 2nd time here for this reason). Some towels were stained and felt old. The sofa is very old and gives the feeling of being dirty where it is so faded and flat. There is a dining table with mis-match chairs, 2 of which are foldable temporary style chairs and not ideal for frailer/ elderly adults. The shower light didn't work and there was mould in the shower. The toilet light also didn't work, we had to use a lamp for night time. The kitchen is equipped with what you need but we had to wash everything first as it wasn't clean. The bedrooms don't have sufficient storage facilities so it would be difficult for a family staying here for more than a day or 2 with nowhere to store clothing, belongings etc. Generally the place just feels a bit tired and neglected and needs some attention.
