Great location by the estuary

Beautiful, quiet location with a 2 minute walk to join the coastal path. We liked the walk down to cremyll to the Pub and the Ferry across to Plymouth. Cawsand and Kingsand only a short drive away. And very close to some beautifull beaches at sharrow and nearby

The kitchen smelt slightly damp, and the kitchen knives not very sharp. The main double bed is really squeaky. Not much else to complain about - we really liked it here.

Beautiful cottage in an amazing location!

The cottage is tucked away in a beautiful location but really close to the Cremyll ferry over to Plymouth and directly on the South West coast path. The cottage itself was super clean and really comfortable. As it is set behind the gated walls it is amazingly private and perfect for us with the dog. My family and I loved it here and would highly recommend to anyone!

Superb

It was a gorgeous little cottage in a magical setting. The courtyard was very handy for the dog (and tor us). The cottage was cosy and very nicely furnished. Dean was helpful and tried to assist with moving in and out, when I explained I had walking issues. We really enjoyed our stay. The WiFi was great! For a change. Found a brilliant Chinese takeaway in Torpoint. Parking was handy, outside the main gate.

The steps to the cottage were tough, carrying our stuff on check in and check out. The main gate was missing one of the two gates, making it not secure for our puppy. We managed to fashion a barrier out of one of the tables and a piece of mesh. We assume this will be fixed soon .

Beautiful house and surroundings

The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The gardens were stunning and provided a luxurious and relaxing environment. There was everything you needed and during this current time of COVID, we felt it was exceptionally clean. We loved it!

Superb

Communication with the owner was great and very clear. Accomodation is surreal. Such a tucked away slice of English paradise! The house is so tastefully decorated and really felt like home. I travelled with my partner, our 2 year old and my Mother who was visiting from Australia and it really was perfect. It does only have one shower though. This wasn't entirely clear from the listing, but we guessed it was the case. So yes, with more adults, it may be a little challenging. The child gate at the top of the stairs was extremely handy! My mother is a Poldark addict and has always dreamed of a trip to Cronwall. This house really made our stay perfect. The location was great for amenities, and quaint enough to be away from it all too. We spent each day driving the coast line and discovering amazing places. I would definitely stay here again. The surrounding walks also very lovely. I took myself down to the Mount Edgcumbe park for a sunrise walk most mornings and it really was spectacular. Friendly locals and a very clean and historical piece of land to discover. Sadly lockdown was following us around our trip to Cornwall and most places had started closing so we were forced to stay home for dinner every night.

The kitchen is great, although a refresh of some utensils would be helpful (knives). The DVD player is broken sadly, can only get through a few minutes of a DVD then the sound goes. TV Remote wasn't working either.
