Beautiful, quiet location with a 2 minute walk to join the coastal path.
We liked the walk down to cremyll to the Pub and the Ferry across to Plymouth.
Cawsand and Kingsand only a short drive away. And very close to some beautifull beaches at sharrow and nearby
The kitchen smelt slightly damp, and the kitchen knives not very sharp.
The main double bed is really squeaky.
Not much else to complain about - we really liked it here.
