It was easy to sort out issues with quick response from host.

Beds very good quality, the decoration, the cleanliness.

It was Futon on advert and it was a blow up bed which we wouldn't have chosen. Thus needs adjusted. Bbq is not fitting or worth mentioning worth upgrading. Paddleboard could come with life jackets for an adult and child. Lock needed for bathroom door.

Lovely house in beautiful village with helpful owners

Owners very accommodating - heating wasn't working when we arrived but they interrupted their dinner to try and work out a solution and find us a tea towel which the cleaner hadn't left out! Beautiful location and very well furnished

Very cold upstairs but new heating system being installed which should solve the problem! Plughole in kitchen sink wasn't working so couldn't wash up

Everything the cottage was stunning the paddleboards was an nice thing when u have kids . the location the people who live there most politeful. I can not fault any of it .

The cottage was very comfortable for our family of five staying in Kingsand. It was well appointed with everything we needed, and had some nice touches like the welcome bottle of Prosecco!

Wowww! We absolutely adored the cottage, it was exceptionally clean and the attention to detail was amazing. The stunning decor and soft furnishings are high end and expertly thought out. Kerrie and Andy were super hosts, so attentive in wanting to make our weekend special and memorable, so friendly and understanding. The cottage is an absolute gem in a beautiful, quiet setting. Our weekend cottage totally exceeded our expectations and can certainly be hailed as LUXURY. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough ..

It was actually quite sad to leave after such a super positive experience!
