Beautiful property with a clean spacious room. The deck is beautiful with many plants and birds to enjoy. They are located very close (less than a mile) to the national park creek access making it ideal for staying cool on a hot summer day.

We really enjoyed the retreat feel to the property. It was great just lounging on the back porch and looking at the surroundings. The property is an easy drive into town but an even closer to excellent trails and scenery. The hosts are friendly and generous with their space and allow you as much privacy as you wish. I would definitely stay here again. Should have stayed longer!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 10 day stay. Even though attached to the home it is very private. Enjoyed the soaking tub after long days hiking. Kitchen space is small but is equipped with all the things needed for small meals. Bed was super cozy. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This was a great little place just off the main drag of Sedona, far enough away from the noise and nestled in nicely with peace and quiet. Listing was very accurate, the bed was super comfy and we enjoyed all of the little extras that were included. Overall, we had a great stay - 7 day. The location is superb – close to an Oak Creek park and set among the beautiful red rock. Though you can't see Cathedral Rocks from your accommodation itself, amazing views are just 2 minute walk away. An easy trail a 10 minute away provides awesome views of the valley and monuments – particularly nice at sunset because you hike in the shade. Morning walks in the park by the river are invigorating. Just up the hill one can drive to a high elevation lookout for Cathedral Rocks and the other monuments that make for a peaceful and surreal experience. Pretty unimaginable natural beauty. Their outdoor deck was wonderful, set among the pines, and fully shaded in the morning. We spent every morning reading out there until 11AM. The home is well kept and the location private. The accommodation is two large rooms, a bedroom and a master bathroom, with one of its double-closets converted into a “kitchen” area. The “appliances” are all there, but small and cramped. There is really no food preparation area, and dishes are washed in the small bathroom sink. Funky and odd. But the two rooms are large, and I have to compliment the owners on the outstanding climate controls – a quiet system with uniform temperature and easy controls. Outdoor temps ranged from 40 to 80 during our stay, but inside was always spot-on comfortable. Considering its location and cost it was a very nice VRBO, a very good value, and we would definitely return.

The studio was adorable and clean and well equipped. The outdoor space was gorgeous although there was a flowing creek shown in the pictures and what appeared to be much more woodsy outdoor space than there actually was. The hostess was wonderful and communicative. Our only complaint was that there was a hot tub listed in the amenities section of the listing, but when we arrived there was actually a soaking tub in the bathroom and no hot tub to be found.

We only spent the nights at the property as we were busy touring every day. That said the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great! We only wish it had a regular coffee maker rather than a Keurig-type machine. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Conveniently located out of the mess that is Uptown Sedona. Loved being in West Sedona and the dark skies. Could hear the coyotes howl at night from the deck. Very much enjoyed the big soaking tub with Epsom salts and the bed was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to bring some mosquito repellant as they can be vicious near the creek.

This was the perfect place to stay to add to the full Sedona experience. Kelly was super accommodating to us adding an extra guest to our stay last minute with both the process and parking set up. Beautiful views of red rocks and stars. Easy check-in and a very sweet (literally) welcoming with local homemade pastries and a card :)

It was great. Super close to Crescent Moon Ranch & swimming at Oak Creek. The studio was very comfortable and spacious, bed and tub are fabulous. There’s a donation-based shuttle to the creek that picks up at the house, but you’d never know it from inside it’s so quiet and peaceful, so it was a welcome surprise.

The space is a converted area in the host's home, so there are shared walls, though a separate entrance. This was not clear from the listing and is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. The studio is beautiful. The space is lovely, bed is comfy, there's plenty of hot water for the fabulous tub, and the deck is wonderful. Location is about 10 min from a main road, right near some great trails. Host Kelly is perfect. Responsive but not intrusive. Lots of good info and little bonuses that we truly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I loved our two nights at Peace at the Crossing, it just wasn’t long enough! Everything from the comfy bed, the amazing tub, and spectacular communication with our host Kelly made this an awesome stop on our Arizona journey. Kelly made sure we could easily find her place, and gave restaurant recommendations when one of our plans fell through. Highly recommend staying here when in Sedona for something off the main drag but still close enough to be near trails and anything else you might want to do.

From the first look I thought this was to good to be true for the price so we were a little nervous.. when we opened the door to our little retreat we were blown away!! This is one of the BEST VRBO stays we have had. Kelly & Marc are amazing and made us feel right at home. We had several others in our group stay at different places than we did and everyone said our place was the absolute best. The place is adorable, the porch area is the cutest and so relaxing. We will definitely be back and stay with them again & will get massages next time!! This is a MUST if you are staying in Sedona.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The place is a 10 minute walk to trails. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the deck and the apartment was amazing. King size bed led to great sleep. The bathroom with soaking tub is amazing. Host was polite, friendly and helpful. A great experience.

Kelly is great. Very pleasant host. It’s good for a couple who comes for biking or hiking. If you are planning to buy groceries and cook for yourself, it may not be the place. It has a small electric stove and microwave. No grill. There is no washer/ dryer or sink to wash utensils. We washed them in the bathroom sink. We were fine with that. Back deck is beautiful. Pastries from Layla’s was a nice touch.

Functional, economical base for hiking and seeing the area. Clean, responsive hosts. But, it is not entirely private. The hosts traverse the deck right outside the sliding doors, the only ventilation. The kitchen hasn't a stove, burners, or oven, and you wash dishes in a bathroom sink. The tub is wonderful and hot water is plentiful. But is was a little less than we expect from VRBO, especially given their recent commercials focusing on privacy. But, Sedona is expensive, and this would be a reasonable option for many couples. Again, the hosts are lovely and not intrusive. It is just the set up.

Comfy studio w. good bed, large bathroom (and soaking tub), and lovely nature sounds outside, esp. the howling coyotes. Kelly is super nice, provided delicious fresh bakery items on day one, and was a pleasure to interact with. I'm an early bird, and discovered epic trails walking distance/down the road from studio. Total peace and bliss on these trails that overlook Cathedral Rock, and meander along the river....just perfect. This lodging is out of town area, which we wanted...just fyi you have to drive into town for activity/food etc.
