Cozy and quiet.

The management company's check-in instructions were clear and delivered well in advance to our arrival. Located on the western side of Sedona, the condo unit was clean, quiet, well-equipped, and cutely decorated---but, if you come to Sedona, you should really spend most of your time outside! :) There's a Safeway grocery store just up the main street, which we found to be very convenient, and there are tons of restaurants in the surrounding area. We would totally stay here again the next time we visit.

The only issue we had was the property had not been cleaned up from the previous renters. It was a bit of a hassle. Evidently there was a problem in communication with the cleaning people. Anyways they made it right with us in the end.

Ok if you don't want to spend much time in the condo. Pool and hot tub were nice but a fairly long walk or short drive away. Carpet worn and frayed at places, covered by throw rugs that I almost tripped on. Untidy private courtyard with a collection of mice poop underneath the barbecue. Kitchen fine, washer dryer fine, bed fine.

It was clean and well kept. All of the cupboards were full of dishes so there wasn't any empty space to put in a weeks worth of groceries. The management company got back to us right away when we reached out. The heat went off during our stay but they did compensate us for it. My suggestion is to have less things everywhere (cupboards, countertops and other areas) so the people staying can have room for their things. We couldn't get in at first and called the property management and they were very quick to respond and help us. Clean, nice place to stay while you are visiting Sedona!

The condo was lovely in a pretty community. We come to Sedona to go Ballooning. Red Rock Ballooning office and meeting point was right close. The biggest issue we had with the space was the lack of abut Im sure some decor to be added. ttention to the patio area. Thanks for buying the 2 chairs

This property was very clean, and conveniently located to many activities in Sedona. Our accomodations were well appointed and the pool was beautiful! Many conveniences were within walking distance. The management company was very easy to work with, provided very helpful local information and made every effort to make our stay memorable. We hope to return to the same location again soon.

Our Nepenthe 2 bedroom was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 young kids during our week stay in Sedona. The place was clean, quiet, surprisingly spacious, nice amenities, and the perfect location to easily get to all the places we planned. Highly recommend, especially for families with young children.

Condo was in a great location. Close enough to everything but away from the traffic of uptown Sedona. Pool was great to enjoy at the end of the day. My only complaint was the air conditioner didn’t work that well. We weren’t in the condo very much during the day but it would be warm In there in the evening until we went to bed and cooled down outside The management sent someone quickly to look at it so they are very responsive

This little spot was exactly what we needed - clean, well-appointed, good location, quiet, and reasonably priced. It would have been good to know in advance that there was outside painting (both in the front of the units and in the private back yards) going on during our stay (they started taping in the yards, moving furniture and asking people to move vehicles around 0730), but we are early risers so it wasn't a big deal. We just had to make sure to introduce our dog to the painters so he wouldn't bark at them and annoy the neighbors. We called the management company for a minor request and they responded immediately. They also helped us to extend our stay by two days. The neighborhood is very nice - great spot for dog-walking. The neighbors are also very friendly (worth noting that we are very respectful visitors and know that not everyone likes STRs.) We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit itself as we were in Sedona to househunt, but it certainly had the amenities for a vacation-based stay. The pool looked inviting, and the unit is walking distance to some nice hikes, good food and shopping. We would highy recommend this spot, and would stay again.

Property had everything you would want...including all of the kitchen items and utilities, tons of towels, bedding, washer/dryer (and they even provided the detergent)! Very clean and modern with the typical Arizona decor. We took advantage of the fireplace which made the place warm and cozy. Only issue we had is the WiFi was not reliable and we just ended staying on our cellular network instead for our electronic devices. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a perfect location of the center of town with a major supermarket nearby. I would definitely stay again and without a doubt would recommend the place as a place to hang your hat for the weekend or more...

It was a nice place for a good price that fit just what we needed. It has nice appliances and access to a garage and a roof to park under outside as well. The community pool was really nice and the neighborhood was nice and clean. Everything worked well and we had no issues. It was a great place to stay and if we come back to Sedona I would definitely look to stay here again.

Complex pool was really nice, lovely little outdoor patio, and condo supplied everything you really needed to cook and grill—plus, the helpful notes were really useful! Condo was in quiet and safe area. The patio is facing a side street off 89A in west sedona. This street is quiet at night, so sleep was not disturbed. The patio area is ok for a quick drink/ coffee on the small table, but has no plants or umbrella or comfy outdoor furniture. It was also very dusty and pollen covered due to the time of season. The house was as described and met our expectations. New matresses would be welcomed but we slept fine. The 2nd BR window had full sun by 6:30am, so some full curtains would be nice. It would benefit from a deep cleaning due to dust/ dirt that is common in the area and ends up in the air/vents. Overall the house was clean in the important areas. The pool/ hot tub was a short stroll and very clean and quiet. The mgt company, Foothills, was great at communication and we had no issues. We would stay here again.

We are clean, quiet and respectful, and look for the clean, quiet respectful places as well. Thank you Foothills, we enjoyed our stay overall, and the convienience into Sedona, and nearby to everything in town. I booked this property well in advance, almost 3 months out...all in all the goal is to not have to call at all, but when I did have to call the situation was remidied immediately. The trash container was full when I arrived on Monday. I think that the cleaners had just left because the ice maker was busy making ice. It would have been nice to at least have a note about this. I think that they were cleaning up after the owner because a halloween pumpkin was in the trash.

The only thing I can think of that can use some improvement is to bring some more plants and coziness to the patio, it's very empty right now. Otherwise absolutely perfect and would love to stay again, hopefully next year! (this one is for 203 Columbine Ct!) I always feel very much taken care of :)
