The Nepenthe Complex is one of the most friendly, inviting, and scenic complexes in West Sedona and boasts great amenities and beautifully landscaped grounds throughout. It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round with a seasonal community pool and year-round hot tub (the pool and spa community area is monitored by video cameras).
There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.

Absolutely perfect location to explore Sedona and surrounding areas. Clean and cozy. Exactly as the listing shows. Nice amount of space for me, my husband, and two boys.

It’s a cute, nice sized condo in a great location with decent pricing. However, the cleanliness could use improvement. The kitchen floor had a smattering of stains on it that came right up when I wiped them with a damp towel, implying it hadn’t been mopped. There were no clean sponges. Multiple dishes had coffee or residue, so I handwashed before eating. The sheets felt musty like they hadn’t been washed in a while, so I changed the bedding. There were hairs and debris in the king bed, and its mattress topper, one of those cheap 2” foam rolls, was stained, with long hairs embedded, and held body heat making it hard to sleep. There were used contact lenses on one nightstand, signaling that surfaces hadn’t been wiped down. The oven was broken so they scheduled an oven repair during my stay at an inconvenient time, but were kind when I cancelled. The AC would not go below 68 which left the home hot at night, which woke us up. I got the sense that they weren’t ill intentioned, just spread thin trying to turn a profit.
