Good location. Front bedroom warmer than rest of apartment- it was noticeable. Black smears on shower wall and ceiling- don't think that it is mold, perhaps charcoal shampoo, soap?? Otherwise, well-appointed and charming. The Red Rock Park pass was great to have. Will book again.

Perfect stop for our cross country national park trip. Location was close to devils bridge trailhead and all the shops and restaurants. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as well after spending several days in hotels.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental. The location was perfect because we could walk to several restaurants and yet we were out of the crazy of downtown Sedona. The beds and couch were all super comfortable Close to so many hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our two kids and it had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was great to have. The apartment was clean, and the location was perfect. We didn’t sleep well here, partly because the pillows need to be replaced and the bedroom doors squeak whenever you open/close them. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.

While a little far from central Sedona to walk during high season, this place hits all the marks significantly to be a perfect well rounded spot for a reasonable price. It's perfect for a few people. Close to a couple really great restaurants. Close to shuttle stops. Quiet. Has everything you'll need including sufficient hot water, laundry, cleanliness, dishes, and comfort. The spa in the building provides excellent massages. The beds were so comfy. Felt like home very quickly. Highly recommend.

Inside very clean comfortable stay with one exception the outside living space appears to be considered an afterthought. The outside furniture is dirty, old, and uncomfortable, needs to be replaced. Liven up the atmosphere with a few hanging lights and a few more outdoor amenities like a power jack and cord for electronic devices. I wanted to watch the game on my tablet. The grill was an ant's nest. It's unfortunate we were looking forward to spending our evenings outside and didn't. It's one of the main reasons we rented this particular unit. Will have to look elsewhere next time.
