I felt this was as really cute place, and we enjoyed the private patio and location.

The place was spotless. The amenities were plentiful, the kitchen was great, and stocked with a lot of things we needed for making meals. There is a gas grill, which was a nice extra. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect - a block from grocery, gas and plenty of restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from many of the sights and places in Sedona. And the price is hard to beat, when you consider how expensive AZ and specifically Sedona can be. The owners are great and responsive - we had a very minor issue which got resolved in short order, and they responded very quickly.

Conveniently located just off a main road but still quiet. The location is perfect. It was very private. The bed in the master suite took some getting used to - I think it was memory foam - but it worked out. Great neighborhood to walk the dog. We loved having the BBQ grill. Walk to The Golden Goose American Grill just down the block - delicious food and great service. We highly recommend visiting the Mesa Grill (a short drive)! Super dog friendly, amazing food and service, and a lot of fun to watch the private planes and helicopters.

We had an amazing time at this apartment. Check in instructions were clear and easy, place was clean, and even included a park pass to use! We brought our dog and the enclosed yard was perfect with the dog door so she could come and go as needed. Area was quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay again.

Our longer stay was in Phoenix, but we made a quick detour to enjoy some of Sedona before we headed to Phoenix. The place was very nice. Perfect for 4 adults. The bedrooms are large and there’s a bath for each. The location was perfect for our agenda. Quick to trailheads and quick to downtown. Super close to a grocery store and restaurants. I would 100% recommend this and will stay again!

We found the property as listed. Everything is there that you would require. Beds are very comfortable. Communication was quick with owner. The unit is attached to a small business in a concrete/brick block building but very quiet. The front windows were at ground level. No views of the wonderful scenery but a great place to sleep. You are a distance away from the tourist part of town...restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance.

This property was in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants and only a short drive to Sedona proper. Only issue was TV streaming service was not working. The host worked diligently to try to fix it and was genuinely concerned that we had this problem. We were able to make do. Would recommend.

My wife and I stayed here over New Years weekend and we couldnt be any happier!! Quick response from owner, super clean, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and linens. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, movie theater, stores, gas stations and spas. Beautiful views from the front of the property. Really nice private outdoor area with bbq. Very short drive to hiking trails and activities. Much more than what we had expected. We will be booking here again for sure!! It was a perfect stay!!

We loved the location, we walked to dinner, live music and to the park. Perfect place for small pets, they had turf grass. There also is a doggy door that we used. This apartment is joined onto a business and other apartment. The amenities were satisfactory. We enjoyed our shower. Our only feedback is the king is due to be replaced due to deep sunken indentation. Very uncomfortable. The cleanliness was also concerning. Our sheets were not clean and had dried body fluids on them, but we were able to wash them. Fans, vents and flooring very dirty.
