Lovely home, I'd definitely use again.

Excellent location. Lovely property, very comfortable and warm, (important as ours was a winter visit) excellent central heating and very comfortable sofas. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom with heated towel rail. Lovely patio area at back for summer visitors. Host excellent and most helpful. He came out immediately to fix Amazon Fire stick for us much appreciated.

Only one thing - more towels definitely needed and perhaps an extra throw to be available for beds. I'm a little older so I'd have appreciated an extra cover.

Cozy, Quiet and close to town

Cozy home with pretty backyard in a quiet negiborhood. Kitchen was convenient, Tesco within walking distance. Quick drive into Inverness.

Front door didn't lock for us. Owner suggested a fix, but that didn't work. Really need to get that sorted out. Otherwise - place was comfy and appreciated parking onsite

It was okay, kitchen need deep cleaning and utensils needs to be replaced.

The property is conveniently located close to Inverness city centre, with a Tesco Extra within walking distance, which was very helpful. The area is peaceful and quiet, making it a pleasant place to stay

The kitchen conditions were below expectations in terms of hygiene. Many of the utensils, including pans, pots, and plates, were quite worn, with heavy scratches, making them unsuitable for cooking or eating. These would benefit from being replaced. The oven also appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. During our conversation with the host, it seemed as though guests were not expected to make use of the kitchen, which was a bit disappointing, especially since one of the main reasons we chose a flat was to have the option to cook our own meals. As we were travelling with our 3-month-old baby, this made the experience less comfortable than we had hoped.

Nice house, all comforts of home in quiet residential neighborhood

Well organized, all necessities available and convenient. Very fast wifi, clean linens, good water pressure and temperature, nice kitchen. Host was super responsive.

A bit out of the way if you don’t have a car. House was fairly small, but easily accommodated family of 5 (all adults).

Close to Tesco for groceries. Easy to city and resturants.

Bathroom was downstairs, so any middle of night toilet visits required going downstairs. No a big issue but not perfect as we had one person who struggled with stairs.

I would certainly stay again as it met my needs for what I went to Inverness for.

I liked how cozy it was and the beds were comfortable. Nice shower with great water pressure.

I didn't like that the camera was overlooking the kitchen. It would make more sense to have it looking down the driveway. Also I didn't like that we couldn't control the heating. It got very hot at night to the point of throwing blankets off us.

Good location for the hospital

Dedicated parking space on drive, good TV system, nice kitchen. Excellent location for the hospital - 5 minute walk.

It's on quite a busy road and traffic starts coming through at 6am, causing sleep disturbance. The heating is set externally (by owner I think) and difficult to get the right temp. The bathroom is downstairs whilst bedrooms are upstairs - this was very annoying. Cheap mattresses on beds.

Lovely cosy house, perfect location for attending Raigmore Hospital and easy access to Inches retail park - 5 min walk from both and good bus service to town. Good communication with Stephen through out. Would definitely stay again.

Family really enjoyed the stay.

The kids loved Netflix. Nice kitchen. Near to Tesco. We've been glad that there was a washing machine for the laundry and a rack to hang it.

A bit far from city centre and the bus did not drive in the evening. The matresses have been too soft for us.

The house felt really like a home, it was really nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Location of the house was really good, it was an easy walk into the centre of Inverness and also next to a big retail park in Tesco which was very convenient.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the place. The instructions to check in and out were very clear and easy. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped as well.

It was mentioned there was an ensuite bathroom. For a stay of 5, there was just one bathroom which was downstairs. The place was overall amazing, we were expecting one more bathroom upstairs, it would have been great if they mentioned this in the description too.

comfortable, well located and well priced property.

The house is in a nice quiet location, about two minutes walk from Raigmore and ten minutes drive from the city centre. it comfortably accommodated my group (4 adults) and the bedrooms were very comfortable. There is a nicely decorated lounge diner which was just big enough for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a nice garden with outside seating should the weather be appropriate- which it wasn’t for our stay lol. Tesco Inshes is about five mins walk away which is also very useful.
