Beautiful, small apartment located near the center but..

Very friendly host, they let us do a late checkout. The place is centrally located, very clean and pretty quiet. There's a small balcony overlooking a quiet street, and it adds to the beauty of this place. Castello Odescalchi is a few minutes walk from the property.

There's no air conditioning, the host provides us with 2 fans but still it wasn't sufficient for the blazing heat. We were sweating throughout the stay and it was quite uncomfortable. Having stayed in many other cities throughout Italy, the apartment is on the pricier side even without the presence of an Air Conditioner.

Un soggiorno dal sapore di casa, ma con qualche limite sul comfort

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, a metà strada tra la stazione e il castello, perfetto per chi arriva in treno e vuole visitare il centro storico a piedi. Il terrazzino è un piccolo gioiello: da lì si può scorgere una suggestiva porzione del castello, ideale per rilassarsi la sera. L’esperienza nel complesso è stata piacevole, con un’atmosfera familiare e rassicurante, come tornare a casa dalla nonna. La casa è arredata con gusto semplice ma premuroso, chiaramente con l’intenzione di far sentire l’ospite a proprio agio.

Purtroppo il bagno si è rivelato il punto debole della struttura: poco funzionale e non all’altezza del resto della casa, ha inciso negativamente sul comfort complessivo. In aggiunta, l’assenza dell’aria condizionata, soprattutto in piena estate, ha reso le notti difficili e il riposo meno piacevole di quanto avrebbe potuto essere. Con qualche intervento mirato, l’esperienza potrebbe diventare davvero perfetta.
