We loved Bracciano and Our Apartment

This property exceeded my expectations. I loved staying in a neighborhood and being so close to a family cafe and grocery store. So close to many restaurants and the castle is only a 5 minute walk.The people in this town are so friendly. The two of us enjoyed the big rooms and spaces. It was nice to have a washing machine. The host came from Rome and spoke great English and was very helpful. I would stay again!

Very clean and comfy appartment right on the edge of the city centre.

The location was minutes from the station and central Bracciano and I was met by the host at the station so everything was very easy. Fully functional kitchen, washing machine, the lot! Also during the hot time I was there AC in every room and two small balconies. Good place for a family.

Modern Oasis in the Center

The host met us at the train station which was nice. He walked us through and gave a few tips. The apartment was in the perfect location in the center and a very short walk to the train station, great restaurants, and the castle. Spacious, with a wonderful shower and heat, it is updated, very modern, and comfortable which is rare in the area. There are even 2 little balconies if you want to enjoy some fresh air. The lake was about a 20 minute walk that was more of a hike because it was downhill and uphill. Definitely would recommend.

The heat was on a timer which was annoying because I often get cold, but when it came on, it was very strong.The pillows were too soft. Odd complaint but it was hard to get comfortable on them. Super tiny thing though because the apartment overall was outstanding.

Nos alojamos en Casa Paolina y fue una experiencia excelente. La casa es cómoda, moderna y muy limpia: camas confortables, cocina totalmente equipada y un salón amplio con un bonito sofá y una gran televisión. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, en pleno centro y a pocos pasos del Castillo, con bares, tiendas y restaurantes cerca. El anfitrión fue muy amable y nos dejó café, té, azúcar, mermeladas, aceite, sal y jabones. Pasamos una estancia tranquila y agradable.

Soggiornare comodi come in casa propria!

Struttura dotata di ogni confort in posizione centrale con ogni servizio: bar, ristornati, supermercato, ufficio postale e banca tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La stazione del treno per andare a Roma è a soli tre minuti da casa. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, ampio e luminoso, recentemente ristrutturato. Cucina nuovissima con lavastoviglie, forno ventilato, frigo con freezer, forno a microonde, macchine per il caffe e bollitore elettrico. Le camere da letto con letti singoli comodi, letto matrimoniale con materasso foam fantastico. Il salone è grande, con un bel balconcino, divano letto e poltroncine nuove con tavolo. Tutte le stanze sono con condizionatori nuovissimi e tutte le camere hanno la tv con chiavetta per Netflix e Prima, è la prima volta che mi capita incredibile! L'host Valerio è stato molto gentile ed ha dotato l'appartamento veramente di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, dai saponi alle spugnette, non manca nulla. Inoltre ci ha indicato molte location turistiche da visitare. E' stato un soggiorno veramente felice. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!!

la disponibilità e gentilezza del gestore, la posizione, i servizi e l'ampiezza dell'appartamento.

la via in cui si trova non è proprio piacevole e le condizioni della palazzina che è un pò trascurata, ma temo non dipenda dal gestore. In ogni caso, anzi a maggior ragione, questa cosa non influisce sul giudizio generale che è positivo cosiccome l'esperienza.
