Excellent apartment, very clean and well equipped, and the owner is generous, nice and flexible.

The apartment is great, it has all the equipment needed for a vacation and much more - all the accessories and appliances that I would be happy to have at home... and everything is so clean and tidy. In addition, Laura is very generous, and there was a stock of coffee, milk, cold drinks, cookies and much more. Really things I would not have expected to receive. Truly exemplary hospitality. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comprising everything you need with a range of breakfast options also included. Laura was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We didn’t have any issues with water or parking.

Nice apartment, if you don’t need to have a shower

Nice spacious, well equipped apartment.

No parking except in nearby car park, despite searching for property with parking. Extremely poor water pressure meaning we couldn’t have a shower, despite near 40 degree outside temperature. Reported this to owner, who claims this is a known issue throughout the whole town. Perhaps shouldn’t be offered as a rental property if this is true.

Laura’s place was immaculately cleaned and had every fixing to make you feel like you were at home. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were in great shape. Would highly recommend. Laura was attentive and helpful with suggestions.

Lovely stay, will return!

Amazing apartment, neat, clean and very comfortable. We arrived early and asked Laura if she could store our bags. Instead she gave us the keys and let us check in- with no problem!! Bracciano is absolutely stunning- felt like stepping into a scene on a postcard!

A little tricky to find the first time, but Laura was great and actually waited on the street for us!

Great size, spotless, comfortable bed, very quiet, balcony, free parking and everything you’d need in a kitchen - we sadly only had 1 night but would be great if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Wonderful and flexible host.

It was beautiful little place with very comfortable beds! We also loved the espresso machine! Free parking was also great.

Laura met us outside the apartment and gave us a brief tour of the apartment. She is a wonderful person and very detailed. Her apartment is absolutely gorgeous and much better than the photos! It is well decorated and extremely clean. We walked around in bare feet and we did not step on a single dust particle! The terrace has a view to the lake and the Castle. This was the cleanest and most valuable apartment we have ever stayed in! and as a Bonus it has a parking spot!

It is a very small thing, and does not change our experience, but the utensils were all damaged. The apartment is about a 7 minute walk from the town's center, not something to complain about, but it is at the end of the town. Again, this is minimal because a 7 minute walk is a joke in most cases.

The apartment was equipped with everything you need to enjoy a very comfortable stay. The lake is just a 15 min walk away and there are many nice restaurants even closer. The host was amazing and helped us with recommendations!

Struttura nuova, perfetta e pulita! La proprietaria è stata davvero molto disponibile e super gentile, consigliatissimo sia per la posizione (5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Bracciano) che per le comodità offerte! Per la prima volta abbiamo trovato una colazione inclusa degna di essere chiamata tale, non il solito pacchetto di fette biscottate messe sul tavolo! Sicuramente sarà la prima struttura che cercheremo quando torneremo dalle parti di Bracciano!

La casa è stupenda e molto grande ristrutturata di tutto punto ed ha tutte le comodità, tutto é stato curato nei minimi dettagli, i servizi poi sono ottimi é stato pensato a tutto, anche a quello che non immagineresti mai. Davvero consigliatissimo. Se dovessi ricapitare a Bracciano non avrei dubbi su dove alloggiare

Appartamento bello e dotato di tutto, pulito e ben curato

Appartamento attrezzato di tutto molto pulito, spazioso e luminoso. In cucina si trova dall'impastatrice alla pasta. Colazione abbondante con latte fette biscottate, marmellata, yougurt e molto altro come alcune bottiglie di acqua. Bagno nuovo e, meraviglia, anche una confezione di cottonfioc. Praticamente un appartamento come le nostre case. Nei nostri lunghi viaggi in Italia, Europa e paesi extraeuropei non abbiamo mai visto un appartamento cosi. Grazie Laura x la Sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

Bona qualitat - preu, molt funcional

Laura molt atenta i propera, disposada a ajudar. Ens va explicar tot i ens va recomanar dos restaurants que van ser tot un èxit. L'apartament net i modern, tot molt nou i còmode. Ben equipat en general. La cuina estava completament equipada amb estris i petits electrodomèstics nous i moderns, fins i tot hi havia per fer creps. També hi havia aigua, capsules de cafè, infusions, torrades, melmelada, oli... Plaça d'aparcament a l'exterior just davant l'entrada de l'edifici. Bones vistes des de la terrassa.

L'edifici molt antic i poc cuidat, contrasta amb l'apartament. A 10-15 minuts del centre caminant.

Casa molto bella e pulita, posizione ottima appartata ma a due passi dal centro di Bracciano. Host gentilissima e molto disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare la dispensa fornitissima per la colazione.
