The owners are really friendly and helpful. Their dog is adorable.
The apartment is very close to the train station.
There is a kitchen in the shared space.
Definitely not 3 stars like apartment. It has a vibe of the low cost hostel, but with private rooms. The beds are short ~190 cm long and pretty narrow. Also the mattress are not comfortable.
The room was meant to have 15 sqm, but in fact it was about 8 sqm, so there was not a lot of space inside. The bathroom wasn't bad, but smells very bad if you don't keep the window open all the time.
If you are allergic to dog, then better choose something else as the owners and their dog are living in the place.
It's not so hard to fall from the stairs leaving the room as there is a difference in height and there is no handrail you could handle in case of a slip.
Also the apartment we rented doesn't match the photos attached to the offer. Offer shows mixed photos of the smaller room and a bigger one, so you have a feeling that you are actually renting the bigger, but in configuration with two smaller beds.
