Riad Khabia & Spa

The Riad is very well located in a quiet part of town but still very close to the main market, about a 10 minute walk. It looks amazing, we were blown away by the architecture, cleanliness, facilities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The breakfast was very good, a lot of sweet treats and their tea is divine. They were gracious enough to accomodate us having to leave earlier than their normal hours for serving breakfast and they made us a to-go packet with various things to eat/drink. The room was so cozy, beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, we also liked the dim lighting all over the room. No harsh bright lights, only many mood lighs scattered around the room. The wifi was good, there's no tv in the room but we never felt like we needed one anyway. Such a relaxing place to spend time in away from the crowded streets.

I have nothing to complain about. I just wish I could upload videos, because the place is so beautiful a few pictures don't quite do it justice.

All staff were very frindly and helfpful. We had a very comfortable stay. Rachid arranged airport pick up, train drop off and day trip to Atlans Mountains for reasonable prices. Abdul our driver on the trip to Imlil and Hossein our guide at Imlil were very friendly and courteous. It was a fine experience staying at Riad Khabia. Abdul in the kitchen cooked very good dinner on the first day and breakfast each morning. The Hamam and Massage was a unique experience. All our tiredness from the travel was gone after that.

Room is a little cold but the air-conditioning helps. This was my second time here.

A very nice and interesting experience in the medina. We enjoyed our two-night stay and the food, especially the breakfast on the first day. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Even though we stayed at the beginning of January, the room was warm. In the family room there were two AC units, and the staff turned them on before our arrival. We had a rental car, and they recommended a private parking nearby (1–2 minutes away). We had to leave the key there, but everything was fine. Clean, cosy, close to everything, recommended.
