Riad Ciel d'Orient

Great location, the staff are really nice and helpful. They let us stay in our rooms till our transportation to the airport arrived.

It looks much nicer in the photos; the rooms are rather dated. The breakfast.

We had a great stay at Riad Ciel d`Orient with our 3 children (14 and 10 years old). The Riad was beautiful, we were served traditional moroccan tea when we arrived and they even made sure our two rooms were on the same floor, even though I had accidentally booked a different combination on different floors. The rooms are lovely, very comfy beds and even a mini-fridge which is great in the moroccan heat. The views from the roof terrace were stunning and the location in the Medina is perfect, you can easily walk to the main square and the souks. The Staff were amazing, going out of their way to help us from giving advice to organising a taxi for our very early departure and assistance during some personal matters. We cannot recommend it highly enough !

Close to Medina, clean room, friendly and helpfull receptionist, good breakfast (since we arrived on our excursions very early, they prepared packed breakfast for us)

It was a little bit cold to it breakfast at the rooftop, but it wasn’t their fault for cold wetter

The terrace is really nice and the staff was very helpful

The location isn’t great, it’s on a very very narrow street where people go on mopeds and bicycles… so it’s pretty stressful to get to it. The rooms are dark and the only windows are facing the common walkway along the court of the ryad, so you have to decide if you want privacy and darkness or a bit of Sun light and no privacy. The pool wasn’t cleaned so we didn’t use it, although the kids Wouk have loved to. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The carpets in the rooms need some cleaning and updates.
