Rooms are a bit noisy

The staf was really really nice, very friendly and wanted to help with everything. Expecially Hamza was great, he helped us with very well. From dinner reconmondations, to airport transfer and just a little talk, great!

Something went wrong with the communication in booking with the payment. I payed for the stay, but the manager could not see that. I talked with him, but he was quite intense and would not really let me talk. Eventually we worked it out and it was okay. But this was not a really great start of my stay.

The staff and the room was clean and spacious

It was impossible to sleep. The window wouldn’t close properly, so there was constant noise from the street. On top of that, construction was going on next from the room. The room also had a strong sewage smell, especially at night, which made the stay very unpleasant.

- The room was recently renovated and it had some charm, despite having nothing similar to a traditional Riad. - Very big room - comfortable bed - 10 minutes walk to the Main Square

- It was somehow clean, but the towels were gray from all the years they've been used - they were also let to dry on the chairs on the rooftop - bed linen had stains and i also found hair below the pillow... - Shocking quantity of mold in the bathroom - the ceiling was almost black from mold. Totally a no for someone with allergies. - No soap / shower gel / shampoo which you would expect for 82 euro/night. Only some very light liquid hand soap. - the staff was not really eager to help, even though not necessarily unfriendly. Maybe just a feeling that we were bothering them every time we had a question. - the breakfast is 100% sweet things, the bread came after we finished eating. Not recommended for anyone on sugar free diet.
