The hotel managers Jamal and Yassin are both exceptional. They are highly approachable, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and provided exceptional customer service by helping us with our suitcases, assisted with taxi and restaurant, spa and tour bookings. They even organised our laundry and carried our lunch to the rooftop. They serve my partner and I exceptional morroccan mint tea and morroccan coffee. To top it off, the Riad is new and modern, exceptionally clean, has beautiful orange blossom fragrance that surrounds the property and is heavenly oasis in the old city Medina. The breakfast and lunch menus are exceptionally tasty, we highly recommend Riad Dar Beldia and Spa.

Location was very good easy to get to and close to the square, also in a quiet area which was nice, breakfast was amazing. Ahmad was so excellent and lovely and made us feel at home. He tended to our every need and and the stay exceptional

Staying at this riad was one of the highlights of my trip. Everything was perfect! Amazing staff (Jamal, Yassine, Saida) ❤️, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere and exceptional cleanliness. Everyone made me feel so welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. I will always remember this experience and hope to return one day.
