Mohammad and his friend were both great hosts, they were very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. They were very helpful with recommendations and very pleasant to be around. The riad was beautiful & great location.

Location was good, only a reasonable walk way to the main points to visit. The staff was very nice and thoughtful, committed to make us feel at home. They really made the stay special. The breakfast was quite pleasant with some traditional food included. We had a good time in the common areas.
The beds could have been a bit more comfortable.

Great location. It feels a bit tricky to find the riad for the first time but there are signs at every corner so you know which way to go.
There was a roach in the room. When we notified the staff he did not seem to be bothered by it. He did check the room and told us it went away. I asked if they had a bug spray or something and he said no. The bed linen was damp even on the first night.
The manager was friendly but all he seemed to care was what he wants. He didn’t answer most of our questions and kept asking what he wanted, eg city tax payment albeit he initially said it’s ok to pay at the check out.
