Riad Maison Palmier

Theresa was the absolute BEST and one of the most hospitable people I have ever met. We were met at the roundabout, helped with our bags, and made to feel welcome immediately. The location was excellent, close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and shopping while still feeling safe and easy to access by taxi. The pool and courtyard were beautiful, breakfast was fantastic, and Momo was also wonderful. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. We loved relaxing by the pool and would absolutely stay here again.

10/10 stay would stay again. No issues in any way shape or form.

Cannot say anything bad about Raid Maison Palmier. Super quiet and beautiful getaway in Marrakech, fantastic people, good breakfast and lovely rooms. Would recommend!

The courtyard of the riad was lovely, exactly like the photos you see online. Location was super central which was useful. Breakfast was cute rather than 'fabulous' but it tasted good. Room was clean.

Well, my main problem was that I did not get what I was sold on the photos. The room was completely different; no armchairs -instead an extra bed, no proper duvet -instead grandma blankets. I supposedly paid for a 'Superior Double Room', but I believe all rooms are the same. If you look at their website, there's no difference. There was also no shower toiletries other than a brand-less shower gel which looked like it was leftover from a previous guest. I would also definitely change the lighting in the bathroom as it was too white and not enough. Lastly, you had to have the breakfast in a low-light small room which was a shame considering the courtyard was so pretty. P.S. I did complain about my experience to Booking and they "weren't able to reach an agreement between me and the accommodation". However, thanks to the Customer Service, I managed to get a small voucher!
