Influenced by the traditional homes of Charleston, this wonderful Kiawah Island property is located on a tranquil street adjacent to the Maritime Forest Reserve and the Kiawah Conservancy Nature Trail. Enjoy a large private pool, multiple decks with porch swings and rockers that are ideal for outdoor entertaining, and a lovely location with easy access to the beach, golf courses, and bike trails throughout the island.

The Cougar Point Golf Course - one of five championship golf courses on Kiawah Island - is next door as well. The beach is half a mile south, and Freshfields Village - a hot spot for dining, shopping, and entertainment - is two miles northwest. For a nice day trip, hop in the car and travel 23 miles northeast into historic downtown Charleston.

The pool can be heated upon request, all year round! However, if temperatures dip below 50 degrees, pool heat may not turn on. Once pool heat has been requested and turned on, no refunds can be given under any circumstances. 48 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $95 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the pool! It was kids’ favorite thing. The house is a short bike ride or one to two minute drive to the beach, and plenty of parking is available. The kitchen is well equipped, but bring seasonings if you plan to cook. The size was perfect for our family of six. On the downside, the Internet would periodically go out, but would return after a few minutes. Also, the A/C was not functioning properly and the house was very warm for half of the week. Otherwise, we had a great week.

We were delighted with mattresses and the bedding!! Very nice! Ample towels, hand towels and wash clothes as well as beach towels!! We were delighted to have a ev charger for our Y and were surprised with this feature. Pool was wonderful as the children could swim before naps and the outdoor living space was comfortable and I’m sure wonderful in the cooler months as well! The three bay fridge was ingenious!
