About this house rental
New wood floors throughout the living areas and new carpeting in master!
Nestled among beautiful Magnolias, Live Oaks and an easy short walk to the beautiful Kiawah Island beach, this adorable 4-bedroom, 4 bath beach cottage is ready for your Kiawah getaway. Offering primarily one floor living with 3 king bedrooms on the main level, this South facing house invites the cool Ocean breeze and overlooks a lagoon and the 17th hole of Cougar Golf Course. Upon entering, you are drawn to the view out of the large picture windows in the living room with a brick fireplace, a high ceiling, white painted wood beams, and French doors leading to the screened porch. The kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliance, lots of cabinets and a breakfast bar, opens to the eating area. Next to this, is a lovely sunroom with floor to ceiling windows and a wood beamed high ceiling.
The spacious master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath. Two guest rooms also feature king beds and bathrooms to ensure all guests are comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The fourth bedroom has four twin beds and a bath for added room. Perfect spot for golf groups, couples' trip, or a family ready for fun in the sun!
No smoking and no pets allowed. Garage not currently accessible for guest use.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Spent a three day weekend at the house. Backyard that looks out over the golf course makes for a great setting for a late afternoon cocktail.! Great location, comfortable beds, couldn’t ask for more

This house was much larger than we expected. It’s beautifully decorated and so conveniently located. The 4 twin beds were located in an attic type space that the kids really enjoyed. There are actually 3 trundle beds as well so it could sleep 7 kids, not 4 like the listing indicates. However, it’s worth noting that the bathroom is very tiny and only small children could fit in the shower. It is not connected to the central AC unit but has its own window type unit that would make the room freezing when on or hot when off. It has a thermostat but wasn’t effective. It’s not a big deal, but we will plan to bring blankets for overnight because it got too cold (and turning it off wasn’t an option for fear of overheating while kids slept). The 3 bedrooms downstairs were spacious. Two had an en-suite but one had a bathroom right outside. That one has a small shower that would be difficult to use if you are taller than 5’6”. The washing machine and dryer were very small but we appreciated having the option. There’s a great screened in porch and large deck. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs out back by the pond/golf course. It was 90+ degrees during our stay but because of the cross breeze, it felt like a cool spring day. The backyard also had a large sandy area that would have been great for yard games. Be sure to keep your shoes on though because there were lots of sand spurs. Overall, we really loved our time here and will for sure be booking again!
