About this house rental
Located on Cougar Point’s 11th fairway, this fabulous home is a short walk (approx. 275 yards) to the beach (2 minute bike ride - 7 minute walk). This renovated home has high-end finishes and appliances. All new hardwood floors throughout, fully renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc. make this home feel like new. Comfortable yet sophisticated, this home has several gathering places for a large family or multiple families to be together or have their own space.
The first floor has luxurious master bedroom with golf course view and private access to large deck. Master bath has double vanity, beautiful freestanding, soaking tub and huge shower with handheld faucet. Large walk in closet.
Large family room has comfortable seating and 70" smart tv and picture windows overlooking the golf course. Dining room has gorgeous custom built 8 foot farm table. Cozy sitting area off the family room offers a reading nook with two chairs. New kitchen is equipped with Thermador professional 6-burner gas range, gas oven, brand-new dishwasher, microwave, and large island that seats 6 comfortably. Keeping Room off the kitchen has 65" Smart TV, sofa, and is a nice additional gathering area. Large "drop zone" off the kitchen has full size washer and dryer, plentiful shelving for food and supplies and hooks and bench for shoes and towels. Screened porch has three ceiling fans to create a comfortable space to sit and have morning coffee and watch the golfers.
The second floor has 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms as well as sitting room. 2nd Master has king size bed and attached full bath. Bunk room is a great space for kids, tucked away from the rest of the house and has large smart TV and plenty of room for board games and video games and access to their own full bath.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; we can make recommendations to assist you with arranging all of the details of your trip, including transportation, stocking the house with groceries before your arrival, setting up bike rentals and beach chairs, dinner reservations, and arranging trips into Charleston. Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). If you have the time take a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
Four parking spaces available (garage and driveway). Kiawah does not allow on street parking over night.

Overall great property and stay. 2 minute bike ride to the beach, great rooms and layout in the house (great for kids!). Very thankful we had the opportunity to stay here. A couple minor quirks/small issues that we resolved with a quick fix. Would stay here again!

Spacious home to accommodate our family of 6 adults and 2 children. 5 minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. Been coming to the island for 40 years and would definitely stay here in the future.
