Spend a morning at Ripley's Believe It or Not! in the center of town six miles east, or time your visit to coincide with Gulf Coast Jam at Frank Brown Park one mile north.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved staying here. Our trip got delayed due to car breaking down and when we finally got to this condo all tired we were so pleasantly surprised by how well everything was spaced out in the floor plan. From the square footage and pictures I thought we will have less room like some similar condos we stayed before but this wasn't the case. Holloway was wide and it was easy tonge through with bunch of kids beach buggies and luggage and thousand other things we had. Had large amount of counterspace which was a big plus bc we are on special diet and cook a lot. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Condo is located right by elevators which was big plus for us because we have toddlers who run away and one of us is scared of hights walkingnm to rooms from elevator so it worked out well. We also didnt have any noise from elevator so it was nice. I would like for the wmlight blocking curtains to be wider as a littlw bit of light gor through the side and we nornally sleep in complete dark at home. Other than that it was perfect.It wasn't our first time staying at Tidewater but first time in this condo. We love Tidewater and really enjoyed this condo. We will be back.

Great condo with a beautiful view, nicely furnished and clean!! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals that I bought from buddy’s seafood market which is right around the corner!! The resort it self had so many pools and hotubs and everything you could ever want!! When I read previous reviews before our stay I heard people complaining about elevator wait times but I think the longest we waited was 15 minutes on check in the rest of the time never waited longer than 2-5 minutes for a elevator! For Panama City this place is very family friendly and was not overcrowded with spring break college kids and we went during spring break!! I would say 80-90% was family’s and kids then like 10-15% spring break college kids!! Wasn’t crazy on the beach or anything was very chill and relaxing!!

Great condo! Everything you need to cook! 1 small thing is the lights from outside comes into bedroom badly for that reason I wouldn’t stay again.

The view from the condo was amazing > everything was very clean > Vacassa policies and procedures were very top notch and even easy to follow. The condo was decorated nice. Flaws would be > Both toilets were standard size on the ground >Needs updated to tall ones. The shower in the hall bathroom needs a new door and frame > The microwave electric panel pushes in when using ( afraid of getting shocked ) > finally the couches need updated as well. Oh and the area floor rug slides when you walk on it because it does not have a pad under it to stop it from sliding , very dangerous.
