The resort is located in a great location. Pool was very nice. They do have a lot of trouble with their elevators though. Our condo was nice except for the bathrooms. They are in need of upgrades!! The tub off of the bedroom did not drain well. By the time you would finish a shower, the water would be ankle deep.

Check in was a nightmare I text the company two days prior asking if it was possible for an earlier check in! Their response made it seem like I could after 1pm they were rude and no help on day of arrival and told me 4pm while others were getting to check in early! The elevators are a NIGHTMARE the building itself is dirty!!! I just won’t be staying here again
