Everything you can imagine for a wonderful trip starts with your stay and this place is just that. Clean, easy check in, everything you need and more was equipped in this condo. Loved that it was easy to access from the stairs to avoid the busy elevators. The owners are incredible and so easy to communicate with. They notified me before I even knew about some amenities and a tv not working in bunk room. Which did not disrupt our vacation at all. As the kids play on their phones these days. Not sure if they know what a tv is anymore. The owners are so very kind and understanding. I wasn’t expecting their kindness when I had to tell them we had broke their lamp. I would recommend this place 100% and I would book here again next time we visit PCB. We donated to your bunk closet collection an extra chair, sand toys and some nice Ron Jon boogie boards. Hope they remain for all your next guest to enjoy. We just didn’t have the room to travel back with us. Thank you for the great stay! A

Beautiful unit, very clean and modern. Nice view of the beach, Front Beach Drive, and a pool/hot tub area. Host communication was excellent. The included cabana chairs and umbrella were a great benefit and saved 50 a day! The unit also does have several beach chairs and toys. It really seemed to be a great location for all ages and families. The location of the unit was perfect, quiet, felt like we had our own private elevator and hallway. Fully stocked kitchen with clean and new provisions.

The hosts were so responsive and kept us well informed of what to expect before our arrival and then to help us with any concerns we might have. The condo has a very well equipped kitchen and has plenty of toys and other supplies for times at the beach.

The listing is very misleading. The check in details were inaccurate according to the resort policy. Didn’t receive my code, and was charged $65 for parking passes and armbands that we’re supposed to be in the condo. The unit was not very clean and dusty. Not many towels and nothing was “fully stocked” according to listing. Dryer will not dry just a few garments. No light above the dining table which was difficult with children.
Not condo related, but the resort elevators were tremendously slow and we had to wait as long as 30 mins for an elevator. Overall not happy with the stay.
