I have a wonderful time at tidewater resort ! My only problem was the long wait for the elevator besides that it was great.

Communication was wack. Had VRBO email, Vacasa Email, and Tidewater HOA email and comms at front desk. Links in emails led to NOTHING, so registering for parking had to be done via phone, and no opportunity for late checkout via that email. Front desk was imported security that referred you to booking agency, who said check front desk. Room was supposed to sleep 6, but only slept 5 as there was no top bunk to the hall bunk bed, luckily we only had 5. Overall TIDEWATER is great, but the jumble of companies made it a bit aggravating to deal with compared to private owners on VRBO.

Enjoyed our brief stay. Room was clean well maintained. Only minor complaint is that the Wi-fi was weak which caused problems with the tv and streaming on personal devices because the cell service isn't strong inside the room.
