This 12th-floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort sits directly on the white sands of Panama City Beach, with great views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Open and inviting, this vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a pub-height table for four for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a sunlit living area with a cable TV. High-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay (speed is dependent on occupancy). Spend your days lounging at the resortā€™s private beach, swimming in the multiple shared pools, soaking in the hot tubs, and enjoying a theater, game room, and 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a steam room and sauna - all without leaving your resort!

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

TV already had Netflix, but the elevators are slow.

The condo was prefect! The elevators took about 20 minutes to get whether you were going up or down

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was beautiful! The only thing we didn’t like was how long you had to wait for the elevators. We had to wait at least 15 minuets or longer for an elevator, most of the time it was quicker to take the stairs.

The condo is beautifully renovated and furnished with a fantastic view of the gulf. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the condo needs improvement. Also, this property has very slow elevators, the slowest we have ever encountered at a condo. It's 30 floors so that can be challenging when coming and going.
