I have to say my first Vacasa experience did not start out on a good note, however it ended on a great note! Tidewater Resort was great, staff was awesome room was very clean and spacious, the only bad thing there was the SLOW elevators, even when it didn’t appear busy, Now for Vacasa staff the local staff were unfriendly & unprofessional, the local number was busy for hours, obviously off the hook, I found another number and everyone was super nice and helpful except for 1, she stated the problems were not hers and not to call that number again, I called that number right back and talked with a very nice person who was very helpful. Tidewater staff as I stated before were awesome! From security, the desk the restaurant everyone was awesome and deserves a gold star!

We were only there for 1 night due to other obligations during the week . Everything went well and easy at checkin but checkin is at 4:00pm .. Abd checkout is 10:00 am . I feel like I pay for 24hrs .. I’m
Not asking for 24 hrs but the whole day is practically over at 4pm and 10 is too early . The 1bedroom was really nice and view was awesome. Had a good time for such a short stay.

I loved the end unit views was awesome, but the wind was horrible, you open the front door it blowed ppl out of the bunks you open the sliding door it blows everything around , but over all I loved the stay
